At a time when the housing market has been frantic, the team at Finest have been efficient, responsive, professional and an ease to work with during the sale of our property. Despite several set backs that most people selling have seen during this year, they've been quick to respond and get the sale moving again. I rented a property from finest properties between August 2016 and May 2018. On the whole it was average service, however do be aware that they charge astronomical amounts for background checks and contract renewals etc. Ive paid fees on previous properties but nowhere near the amount requested by Finest for what was essential a reprint of the initial contract. Then I came to leave, it took 2 months of emails and calls, eventually threatening to contact an Ombudsman to get my damage deposit returned. I guess you could say they're desperate to take your money, reluctant to return it. Update to this review, Ive been called and sent a text message asking me to remove this review which is 'Not in keeping with the brand'. How far must one sink to breach GDPR and hound ex customers to remove reviews.
