Kim and the team at Finest went above and beyond when handling both the sale of our property and the purchase of our dream property. Every single member of the team made such an effort and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They answered all of our questions straightaway or came back to us very quickly. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them highly enough. I was not the easiest of clients I’m sure and everyone was courteous and friendly at all times. If you need an estate agent look no further and they certainly earned their commission. Amazing photography too which really helps buyers to see your home before deciding if they are going to arrange a viewing.

To respond to the comment left. There were multiple phone calls in-between the emails which convinced me to not retract my offer. I am more than happy to talk you through what happened but not happy to bat emails back and forth. You have not spoken to me about my review. If you'd like to know the details first-hand because you care about service levels, I am happy to have a call but my review still stands and I am not prepared to take anymore time out of my day to detail this in writing. You have my number. As a buyer, I didn't have a good experience with this agency at all. I was given incorrect information at the beginning of my enquiry several times, it took me 3 requests to withdraw my offer for that to happen and wasn't called back when told I would be. After I sent an annoyed email at 18.00 on a Friday saying how disappointed I was I received a reply that began 'what can I say, I'm a family man and time got away from me but I should have replied' Being kept on hold over the weekend when you've put an offer in on a property is not a nice feeling. I asked to deal with a different person after a week of poor service and it did get better. Communication improved and after yet another week of back and forth, the property I had offered on was sold to another buyer. I'm mightily glad the whole episode is over and done with.

I recently sold my father’s property through Finest Properties. I received excellent service from Ryan and the team from start to finish. The photography was very professional, portraying the property in the best light. The marketing generated a good level of interest from potential buyers and the team handled all the viewings on my behalf, keeping me fully informed. Communication was excellent throughout. I received an acceptable offer within 4 weeks and was subsequently kept in the loop, with Liz liaising with the buyers and solicitors as required. The whole process went very smoothly and every member of the team provided the same high standard of service.

EXCELLENT Service from Start to Successful Completion. Ryan gave us a higher valuation than we expected, and delivered on that valuation magnificently!! Richard helped produce a beautiful brochure (keepsake quality), which encapsulated the unique character of our property which lead to a flurry of enquiries. These were "filtered" so that only people in a position to afford / proceed were booked in for a viewing. Lucy then took over in the negotiations as people viewed our house, supporting and guiding us through to a cash offer. Joan then took over, dealing with all sides of the transaction and really DID convert the offer into a successful completion. Joan was able to work with the prospective buyers and ourselves to keep the house sale on track. She kept in touch with the solicitors and was very "strong" at times, as it was necessary. I recommend Finest Property without hesitation and feel that we have received superb service.

Not a good experience I'm afraid, we eventually sold our property through Finest, however it did not come without problems. They failed to qualify our buyers financial position properly and inform us of a chain behind them. We insisted on proceedable buyers only from the outset. This put us at risk and nearly cost us a sale. Will not be using this company in the future.
