Finest Properties Corbridge reviews

Ryan , Joan and all the team work imperiously towards trying to make the whole sale and purchase process person centred straight forward and effective. Finest properties work in a solution focused smart way to ensure every stage is managed responsively but with a level of empathy you will not get from other agents. The business is managed in such a way that it has a feel of ownership which is shared with its client base and in our experience has never failed in its objectives that were agreed with them in the many sales / purchases the team have undertaken for us. The team have just completed on our fabulous new home in a seamless way that will inspire our family dreams in this new chapter for years to come. Shaun and sam joyce

In my opinion, there is only one estate agent in the Tyne Valley, including Corbridge, that delivers every aspect of the sale process to their potential and that is ‘FINEST PROPERTIES’ in Corbridge. The team have sold numerous properties for us, from flats to executive houses and their expertise and commitment in every department is excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend Finest properties. Thank you for all your hard work. The Hodgsons

Finest Properties were helpful and responsive during the purchase of our new home. Representatives from Finest supported the conveyancing work as it it progressed, and were very helpful in brokering discussions between us (as the purchasers) and the vendors to clarify a number of points and issues as they arose. We were able to complete this transaction in around nine weeks from acceptance of our offer to Completion, and Finest played an important part of that process.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We had fantastic service in marketing our property, viewings, follow up, feedback and negotiating the sale. Could not have asked for more. When things went 'pear shaped' in our first attempt at moving (problems with solicitors lower down the chain), Finest and colleagues went above and beyond in helping to progress things and keeping us informed. Really cannot rate Finest, especially the team at Corbridge, highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Their marketing was first class and they keeping us constantly up to date with progress and when there were delays further down the chain, ensured that all parties were in communication. All the staff we dealt with were attentive and courteous at all times. We would thoroughly recommend Finest.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We had listed our Victorian house with two other estate agents for 18 months without success, before changing to Finest on the recommendation of a friend. She had recently been a cash buyer wishing to move from Scotland to the Tyne Valley. She described Finest as being far superior to all the other agents she had dealt with, with well informed staff who went out of their way to arrange viewings to fit in with the limited times she was able to visit Northumberland. As she had predicted, we found Finest to be extremely professional, with a small group of highly skilled and motivated staff. We felt that all the staff became familiar with our particular circumstances, really cared about us and our needs, and that they had a wealth of experience. This gave us great confidence in their advice. We sold our house within a few months of changing to Finest and have nothing but praise for the friendly, supportive and expert service we received.

I can heartily recommend Finest Property. We had tried a couple of agents who were unable to generate much interest in our property over several years. Finest Properties were a delight to deal with and found a buyer within a coupe of weeks. That fell through at the last minute but Finest kept us positive and found a new buyer, again within a couple of weeks. This one went through but after a horrendous chain that Joan, at Finest, managed with consummate professionalism. She ended up doing most of the work that our buyer's agent should have dealt with, kept us informed and probably went further than most agents would have done to keep the sale secure - ably backed up I have to say by an experienced team.

Finest Properties provided a first class service from our initial meeting to discuss the marketing of our property through to the final sale process. All of the members of staff were knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and provided excellent reassurance during a difficult period for house sales. They produced a superb brochure and plans of the house and obtained extensive coverage for our property in the broadsheet press and high end magazines. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering selling their property.

What a fabulous service from the first contact to the last. All of the staff knew exactly what they were doing and worked really hard to secure and progress the sale at all stages. We were kept updated throughout and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Finest Properties again and have already recommended them to friends. Many thanks!

Cannot speak more highly of Finest Properties. We had previously been trying to sell our house with two other companies ( one of which was web based)- virtually no viewings to speak of. Finest P. Wow what a difference. The staff we very professional from the moment of valuation through to completion. They were very calming when things got tough and gave good sound advice. You might pay a little more but worth every penny.
