FacebookAppalling service I received and disgusting treatment by Timothy brown, no work ethics and no morals in dealing with clients. I have put an offer to a house and it was accepted in April, then after four months of waiting to complete the purchase, the agent said the developer can’t meet the requirement by Home England to get help to buy loan, and they would like to withdrew the sell and put the house back on the marker. I knew it was a game and they might would like more money or someone offered more. The agent was very unprofessional, unhelpful and not experienced. Communication was bad and they have no loyalty to their clients. After 4 months of waiting, they simply threw me away and ruined my plan to move the house that I liked. I am in process to make a formal complaints to the property Ombudsman and to Home England against the Developer! Be careful with whom you dealing with!!!!

GoogleI've just been through a really traumatic time having to leave my rental property that my landlord put up for sale with TB. The whole process was probably the most stressful thing I have ever been through, however the sales team at TB were all so understanding, compassionate and tolerant. Having said that the Lettings department seemed to let me down as they promised me first refusal on new properties that came available when the first property I applied for fell through, but that never happened. It was all so stressful. I spent 3 weeks in hospital due to stress from my experience over the past 5 months regarding the moving process. I really feel like it's about time some estate agents deal with tenants with more respect and understanding. As a previous home owner of several houses I can confirm the service you get when buying or selling a house is a completely different one to being a tenant. We are still humans and deserve to be treated the same as everyone else. I'd like the add that I have a disabled son and TB were excellent when it came to viewings and working around my son.
