Special thanks to Sophie Planeta for her speedy email responses and continuous help. By far the most helpful letting agency I have ever been through for lettings. Definitely recommend to anyone!

GoogleThe best decision we made was going with Possible. Gary and Laura are very professional, helpful and made the whole process less stressful than we expected. All the viewers they arranged turned up which was great as previous company had more cancellations than anything. We were very happy with the service they provided.

FacebookNo communication received whatsoever since our property was put on the market. No advice on how to try to achieve a sale. No feedback on the 1 offer that we received. I really expected more from Congleton's number 1 agent. Very disappointed.

GoogleI tried to get through to Sales on several occasions over 2 days but no response and I chose not to leave a message. The last call I made was diverted to Lettings and I was told that she could not help with what would have been the simplest of questions for her to look into and answer. I gave up at that moment !

GoogleI found the property very easily from the map supplied by the agent. A very nice gentleman arrived on time to show the property and was as enthusiastic about it as I was myself! I have spoken to two ladies in the office who are both very friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the agency.
