GoogleVery poor service from when we signed the letting agreement, was offered a discount only for the agent to put on extras so this voided any discount. The contracts were drawn up and sent out wrong twice to tenants. Never replied to emails or phone calls, if you a stress free service I would definitely avoid Palmer & Partners.

The Man i spoke to didn't like the question of how is it valued when there are the same style houses near by cheeper. He got really aggressive and said there's houses more expensive and houses cheeper it is what we say it is. Finding this response odd i said ok ill go do some more research on the area and he tutted at me and slammed down the phone. I was expecting him to tell me it's near a certain school or amenities. Disgraceful behaviour and I hope he dosent further effect the seller with this un professional service.

GoogleWe found out we could afford to move back in February so contacted Palmer and Partners straight away. James came over the very next day to take photographs and get the house listing ready to go on Rightmove. By the time we went live, the team had already arranged for at least 15 viewings for that weekend. Following the enquiries that came through from Rightmove, James then spent the best part of the Saturday showing people round our home and by the Monday we had 12 offers on the table. After accepting one of these offers, the team have progressed the sale quickly so we can move into our next home this week! We are so thankful for James and the whole team at Palmers for getting us sold quickly. Not to mention their proactive approach which meant we were able to gain well over asking price which was something we never dreamed possible! Thank you again to all!

GoogleTerrible experience selling my home, P&P communicated poorly, took over twenty weeks to complete on a chain-less transaction. My negotiator was too unwell to work from the office which I only found out after the problems arose. P&P didn’t think it was weird to not receive a date from both sides solicitors at week 17, yet apparently sat waiting like lemons.
Also did not perform financial checks on the buyers properly, which led to me personally covering two months of the buyers private rental to allow him to move into my property two months earlier than we could have (due to the above lack of communication through the chain).
Plenty more to share with email chain.

GoogleWe have been more than happy with the service received from Palmer & Partners and James in particular, for our house sale. From the initial valuation, which resulted in the property uploaded to Rightmove by that afternoon, through to the numerous viewings they organised within days, to the negotiation, where we ended up with more we than hoped for, and finally to the sale, which is due to complete in a couple of days. Communication has been brilliant and all queries or questions answered quickly.
All in all, a really good experience and we would recommend Palmer & Partners and James to anyone wishing to have a positive house selling experience.

GoogleThe 4 start review is for Tyler who was so helpful with the delay in my purchase and he’s understanding with my rental. He was so understanding and helpful and always available to help me. I would have put 5 starts for Tyler but for company itself I have deducted a star because of the manager of the rental department John, who in all the times I have dealt with him has been uncaring and unhelpful, providing me with no options and I have had to argue with him before to get work done on the property that wasn’t my responsibility. I will be making a complaint, because someone who suffers extreme anxiety he done nothing to help me during covid when I lost me job, I had to ask him to speak with my landlady, there was no option from him to do that, he simple said I’d have to find somewhere else to live!!!
