GoogleHaving lost my father then having to administer his estate which included the family home of over 50 years, selling was never going to be an easy decision to make.
Not sure what to do, I gave Palmer & Partners a call as I had already had a previous positive experience buying with them.
On contacting them, empathy and compassion was instantly shown and they could not have been more helpful.
They arranged a valuation and discussed the next steps providing options that we could take.
All this was conducted with no pressure and with compassion and empathy.
Our family decided to sell with Palmer & Partners who provided a very realistic market value, and provided expert advice on when it was best to put the property on sale to maximise the asking price and chance of a sale.
They found a buyer very quickly, and multiple offers were forthcoming. They were professional in advising on each buyers curcumstances and helped us come to a decision armed fully with the facts.
Unfortunately the Probate process took almost eight months. Despite this they kept in contact with us fully during the process which of course was a difficult time and showed the upmost patience and kept the buyer on side.
I could not fault the service I had in any way and would not hesitate to recommend Palmer & Partners as a top choice to use when selling or buying a home.

I enquired about a property that I'd like to view around 3pm online via Rightmove. I was called around 11am the next day to arrange a date and time. I told Jack what I was looking for and he sent me one email in the following days with details for a property that was a long way out of the areas I said I would consider and quite a way over my top budget, so I unsubscribed from such emails. The viewing itself went well, the lady, Diane, was there before me and the property was all opened up. I wasn't hurried and Diane freely shared her knowledge of the property and area. The next day I received a text message inviting to complete an online form to give feedback, so I did. The day after that I received a call from Jack asking for feedback, when I said I had already provided it via the form he said he hadn't received it (a waste of my time) so I gave my feedback to him. He said he would let me know if anything changed regarding the property whilst I was still considering putting in an offer or not. Thursday at around 13:30 I see the property it now marked as sold but I've had no further contact from Jack or anyone at P&P.

GoogleEven though I have never been a client of Palmer and Partners, I recently had an encounter with them which I feel needs to be shared.
I was recently contacted by Danielle and Rachel regarding some mail that was delivered to a flat that I lived at 8 years ago, the current tenant of the flat wanted to find me to pass on the mail but had no way of doing so, so reached out to Palmer and Partners who worked for a couple of weeks to find a way of contacting me. Eventually they managed to track me down, and I was able to make contact with the current tenant of the flat who I went to meet to collect my mail.
This was completely above and beyond their duties of Danielle and Rachel, and one of the most thoughtful and honest actions I have ever experienced from the current tenant.
As I said before, even though I am not a client of Palmer and Partners, if they will go to this level to find me, I am sure their actual clients are incredibly well looked after, and appreciative of their care and dedication.
I would like to once again thank everyone involved.

If I could put a minus, I would. Absolutely useless, they valued my property and within 2 weeks they were telling me to lower the price by £75k!!!! When I asked why, they said the person who valued the property doesn't know the area, and over valued it. They never return calls or do a courtesy call once a fortnight as promised when the house went on the market, I spoke to woman who lives in the next road to me, who also had her house up for sale with them, and took it off with palmers, and put it on with another agent, due to the same reasons.
