GoogleAs landlords, we would like to thank Alex, Kelsey and their support team for finding us a new tenant for our property in Colchester. Within 14 days of instructing them to advertise our house we have a tenant in residence. Despite the current restrictions with Covid everything has been dealt with professionally and amazingly quickly. Me and my partner are first time renters and we’re quite clueless to how everything works, But we found the whole process very easy and straight forward thanks to Alex Child and Hazel Jackson who assisted the whole way through and constantly kept us up to date. We had a plumbing issue with the apartment in the first week and Hazel acted quickly to put me in contact with Tobias who got a plumber out to us within the week. I really can not fault the Martin & Co Colchester team, they are amazing.

FacebookWe decided at the end of 2020 to move out into our first ever home together. Alex Child’s and the team from Martin & Co could not have made it any more simpler and stress free. If I could give more stars I would. Their communication, organisation and flexibility was superb. GoogleNothing but exceptional from start to finish, the whole process was smooth. TBH I only visited the Office when I first started my house and next was to collect the keys. Special thanks to Bryn and Alex( both always responsive and returned the calls)....they are really passionate about what they do...keep up the spirit guys. Overall good team work.

GoogleThe service was really excellent. Jo and the whole team were superb. They were attentive, helpful, professional, quick to respond, and taking a very personal approach. Jo was our agent for more than 7 years and she was always making sure to find exactly what we wanted, listened to our needs and dealt with any tenacy issues promptly. It was the best experience we've ever had from a lettings agency so a very big 5 stars! I cannot recommend her and the team enough.

GoogleMartins are a very good estate agent. They are particularly good at giving an accurate valuation and then negotiating this with buyers. Gary is an excellent straight talking businessman which is rare. Unlike many estate agents they do not make unmeetable promises. They deliver and I and my partner successfully sold both our properties at the right price. Beware other, more slick estate agents, especially if they try to attract you with ridiculous valuations.

I needed an accommodation at the shortest possible time and I could make it because of their prompt and professional service. GoogleHad a great experience with Martin & Co Colchester team recently. With their help, I was able to find a lovely flat that was just ideal for my needs. Jarrod was very kind, diligent and made sure all the paperwork was completed quickly. All very efficient! I am very pleased with the flat and the way the letting process was conducted. I moved in a few days ago, the flat was just as good as I remembered, with all the items I had been told it would have. The team kept in touch to make sure the move in had gone smoothly. No issues so far. I would definitely recommend this letting agency.
