The lettings manager Carly, is rude, patronising and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Will never return to Haart due to the service I received from her. Her team themselves were fine, but because of her obnoxious attitude, I will never use them again.

Can Really Recommend these Guys.They went the extra mile to get us over the line when issues with referencing came up. They get the stress that can come with finding a new home and were able to keep a level head and get things done when we were losing ours. Long and short of it we have a lovely new home thanks to some lovely people at Colchester Haart Lettings 5 Stars....

Just purchased a flat that was for sale with Haart and have been very impressed with the pro-active way that Mark Shynn has worked to liaise between both solicitors, he has really helped push the purchase through to exchange and completion.

Our experience was brilliant, started by looking at one property and then was let down by a rude landlord and then Ryan Sheffield come up with another near on immediately after. Like all deniers of reality, Area Manager, Simon Andrews, seems to believe his own excuses for haart's poor organisation, communication, inept I.T. department, inability to attract suitable buyers and failure to achieve anything like its own valuation. The truth.....is that he has an answer for everything, but an explanation for nothing. WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM haart AT ALL COSTS!
