GoogleOur experience was brilliant, started by looking at one property and then was let down by a rude landlord and then Ryan Sheffield come up with another near on immediately after. Our time with him has been very up and down and he has been so supportive, and now all stress is over and I couldn't thank him enough! He was great! They're all such a great help! Thank you Haart!

GoogleCommunication is everything during a home move, especially one with a chain. I can gladly confirm I was contacted weekly with general progress updates and very promptly when milestones were reached or actions required - often even before I heard from the solicitors! Well done to all the team. Hopefully we won't be moving again for a good few years but when we do I'll be in touch :)

GoogleActually l would rather rate no stars at all. The whole experience over the last month was a real eye opener in how this company works. We were very nieve to think they were working in our best interests when all we were to them were the "emotional" buyers as in their fancy phamplet claims they look for. Be aware and don't trust anything they say.

Dear Freeda I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the service provided. Sadly, from time to time we have to deliver bad news and sadly on this occasion the property was not entirely returned in the same condition as you rented it. As a negotiation happened between you and your landlord we had to use the arbitration service provided by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. I do understand that the adjudication has come back and after review the adjudicator came to a fair judgement. I note that the Property Management team were also able to release your from your Tenancy Agreement early as our Lettings team found new tenants. The Property Management team also arranged a swift return of all rent that was overpaid. GoogleRecently received a call asking how the sale of my house was progressing with another agent. I can understand them look for business, however as my property is 93 miles from their branch, and I've had issues with my local haart cold calling my personal mobile number, which I have never provided them, I would avoid all haart estate agents in the future!
