When I was in Colchester viewing properties to buy, I had a few hours free between viewings so I thought I try my luck to see if I can get a viewing. I called Haart and was connected with Sarah Clark. Sarah was able to arrange 3 viewings within a space of 30 minutes for that same day. Sarah was very professional and knowledgeable about the properties and the local area. I would recommend asking for Sarah Clark when calling Haart Colchester as I am confident that Sarah will do her absolute best to arrange viewings and answer any questions about the properties or the area.

I was coming from another country and everything was on tight schedule, especially taking COVID into account, but thanks to Liz from Haart everything went smooth and I was able to self-isolate in my apartment rather than in some hotel. I received precise instructions on what to do before signing tenant's agreement, your account at their company site guides you through the process and everything flows nicely. Great Service, brilliant support and advice. Sold with Haart but was in a long process with purchasing a property. Mark Shynn gave me brilliant support and advice. 3rd time luck on a purchase (for various reasons none of which bring Haart) and after 6 months I have now exchanged. I don’t think it would have all happened if I did not have the support I was given. So after 11 long months we finely sold our flat using the Haart first time buyer Center, (and believe me the joke is in the name) the Haart corporation have opened these Center's to try and cash in on the fact that there is a massive crisis in people unable to get there first step on the property ladder and they claim that they fill these Center's with "experts" in there field, that could not be further than the truth, my property is the absolute perfect example of the kind of property that a first time buyer could afford, a one bedroom flat being part owned by the housing association it takes the strain of needing a large deposit, and the Haart first time buyer Center made a absolute disaster of it from start to finish, I won't bore people with the specifics but it became very apparent very quickly that they didn't have a clue how to sell these propertys, and that clearly is shown in the fact that it has taken us 11 months to complete, my advice to anyone in colchester thinking of using them please think twice you will thank me later, and if there is anyone reading this that owns a colne housing property and is thinking of selling up and get a phone call from anyone at Haart saying "hi I've been instructed to sell your property" YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE THEM, there are plenty of estate agents in colchester that have the same if not more knowledge and would give you a more personalised service!!!!!!!! ,

Dealt with Hannah at FTB Haart, Colchester whilst searching for a property after she organised a viewing at a property on Haarts books that I had requested. That property, upon viewing, wasn't right for me but Hannah took the time to discuss what worked and what didn't. From then on, I was only sent properties that fitted my brief and was confident Hannah had my best interests. Very approachable Hannah gave something that is in short supply these days - Great Customer Service. Would recommend Hannah at Haart every day. Thank you :)

Hannah and Mark went above and beyond there usual roles from the word go. I truly appreciate the time they took; from meeting at the property even on the weekend before Christmas , right through to keeping both buyer(myself) and seller in a good communication circle. My partner and I met Ben from HAART first time buyers on mulptiple occasions through out our property search. Each time we viewed properties with him he was extremely friendly, always happy to be help and answered any questions we had regardless of how busy he was or what time of the day it was. He is genuine and definitely has your best interests at heart which can not be said for many estate agents who we have delt with prior. Me an my girlfriend are looking to buy our first home and decided to seek advice from haart estate agents. We spoke to Ben Herbert to see what we needed and where to start. He gave us fantastic advice and was incredibly helpful. Ben recommended we speak to haarts morgage adviser Daniel clow. We booked an appointment to see Daniel straight away. He told us everything we need to do in order to get ourselves on the ladder. We'd already spoken to Barclays morgage adviser previous to this meeting so we had an idea of what to expect but were blown away with the amount Daniel said we could borrow. Barclays hadnt got anywhere near the amount Daniel did. All in all having delt with multiple estate agents in the past with renting ect haart colchester have the best estate agent and morgage adviser we've ever spoken too. My boyfriend and myself are looking into our options for a mortgage (first time) We went to Barclays first and left that meeting feeling very disappointed and our confidence knocked. However, Ben Herbert recommended coming to see Haart's mortgage adviser Daniel Clow to get another opinion. Ben was very friendly, helpful and a great asset to the company. He helped arrange the meeting with Daniel and advised us on what we needed to bring with us and what to expect. Daniel was also very friendly, helpful and well knowledgeable about the services Haart provide. After the meeting my boyfriend and myself left feeling very satisfied with the meeting. Benjamin approached me after I had my house for sale for several months with another estate agent. During that period we had a few viewings but not much feedback and I was considering removing my property from the market. Benjamin was very enthusiastic and positive about finding a suitable buyer for our property. My experience using Haart was positive throughout. I want to particularly highlight the excellent customer service I experienced while working with Benjamin Herbert one if the Negotiators at Haart. Ben was friendly and helpful at all times. I have been liaising with Haart on behalf of my mother who is looking for a new home to downsize to. We have been assisted specifically by Benjamin Herbert, who I can honestly say has been the most efficient and professional person that I have ever dealt with regarding house buying. My mother has quite specific requests, and he has listened and understood what she requires from a new home and come up with some great properties. Listening skills are usually highly under estimated, but Ben is excellent at understanding and remembering your needs. I think estate agents are changing to become more sympathetic and focussed with peoples needs, which is a good thing and something Ben has understood.

My fiancée and I are first time buyers, we contacted Haart through their website for a viewing on Monday. About half an hour later I received a call from Benjamin Herbert, he was very polite, professional and listened to all our needs. Unfortunately, the property we were interested in had just been sold, but Ben suggested another property that met our needs and was within our price range. He arranged a viewing for us that Monday afternoon and we fell in love with the place, it was better than the property we originally wanted to view. Today is Friday and I am pleased to say we have just had our offer accepted. I have to say that Bens communication (and the whole team at Haart’s Colchester) was spot on throughout. I am very happy to report that I have today had an offer accepted on a most beautiful flat. I am moving from one part of the country to another, so not easy. However I must say that the process was made a lot easier, and even fun, as I was helped by lovely Ben Herbert. He was most efficient and helpful throughout the process. There was an element of negotiation on price, which he (and his colleagues) handled speedily, keeping my informed and arriving at a compromise which suited both me and the vendors. I had done extensive research, but it was Ben who suggested this property, accurately understanding that it was 'my style'. That is not an easy thing to do when you have only communicated briefly with a client. So full marks to Ben (not forgetting Lloyd who attended my second viewing and who was also very professional and reassuring), and indeed to the team at Haart Colchester.
