GoogleChris was my main point of contact whilst dealing with Haart and he has been a pleasure to work with. No request was to big, no question was deemed silly and he’s was, and continues to be, extremely responsive and proactive. Chris made the a very stressful time much calmer and was able to accommodate even the most last minute request. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to rent a new property!

GoogleWell yet again I have not been disappointed. Both Chris and Carly were straight onto advertising the potential vacant property and had interested parties within a week. Always keeping me in the loop and going above what most agents would do to keep me happy and save me some time. 2 weeks in and the new tenants have moved in. Would I use Haart and in particular Chris and Carly......you bet I would! Great work...…..

GoogleWe had a valuation conducted by Dale on the same day as we phoned for an appointment so we were very grateful and lucky that he made time for us! Dale was very thorough and clear in our discussion with him and answered all questions and came prepared with data and evidence to help us. A very honest, courteous and likeable gentleman. GoogleJust wanted to provide some feedback for Georgie who kindly showed my partner and I around a number properties. Georgie was polite, friendly and very down to earth. What made Georgie stand out from other estate agents I have seen is that she was not trying to ‘hard sell’ me a property. The property I viewed had a number of defects and when my parter and I would point them out to each other In a discussion George was quite happy to stand back and let us discuss freely. Too many estate agents concentrate on a sale and immediate counter any negative comments about a property with some irrelevant fact. Good work Georgie for staying down to earth and making the viewings a pleasurable experience.

GoogleThe selling process is always a difficult experience so we wanted an estate agency that was pro-active with its sellers and buyers. We looked at online reviews of the local estate agencies and found that haart came out very favourably. Our experience with the team has always been a positive one from when the property first went on the market to its sale. We were very impressed that Patrick had the details of the property online on various websites the same night after taking the photographs. All my queries with Patrick were always answered promptly and directly, either by a telephone call or email. We have had regular feedback from the team regarding viewers which was very helpful. Jake was usually the one who spoke to me about viewers and showed them around. We have found him to be very polite, helpful, friendly and punctual. Leslie took on the efficient role of finalising the sale of the property; we were very impressed that he communicated with us at times that were outside normal office hours! We would definitely recommend haart to others.

GoogleI found all the staff I dealt with at Haart to be helpful, friendly and courteous. Dale was particularly sensitive to my case and situation (my main reason for choosing to go with Haart). Carol was very friendly and very good at pointing out all the positives of the house as was Ben. Lloyd was also very polite, courteous and helpful and sucessful in securing an offer on my house. It has been a pleasure working with all the above mentioned. I have been kept informed and updated throughout.

GoogleI commissioned Haart to sell our property in August 2018 it took under 5 weeks to sell. I cannot stress enough how professional, tenacious, helpful, communicative the Colchester Branch is. Patrick is a superstar! His expertise clearly shines through in every way from keeping you informed every step of the way, supporting us and at the same time being straight with us. His negotiating skills are second to none. Also Jake and Dale were very pleasant and very helpful at all times and were important key players when trying to sell our property. I have used Haart in the past and for my recent sale returned to them and I was not disappointed. Please, if you are looking to sell your house use Haart as they are proactive, they communicate, and they get the job done! Excellent company.

Jake was responsible for showing many people around and was always super helpful and friendly. Jamie finalised the sale and has been completely efficient in ensuring everything moves ahead smoothly. The staff at Haart are very professional and always return calls when they say they will. GoogleSelling though Haart at Colchester was made a very stress free by there team not once did we have to chase them they gave us regular updates of all that was happening communicating with solicitors saved us a lot of time and trouble. Right from our first meeting with Marcus who attended with our buyers and escorted them through the viewing,we found them professional and helpful. Daniel the branch manager was never too busy to help and communication was great. Photographs were not taken by sales staff but by a professional photographer and did this make a difference superb. All in all a service that was second to none great communication professional service and a sale within two days could not ask for more Bill

GoogleRecently purchased my home through Haart Colchester. I was initially shown around by Kristian and he made a great impact. He was very helpful and would always get back to me on updates. He never rushed a viewing and make me feel really relaxed. Once my offer was accepted I was initially confused as to who was dealing with my purchase but eventually I was given Mark to deal with at the Head Street Branch. He has been super. He has kept the sale moving and has always been there. In the past few months he has become a friend as I would speak to him most weeks and he would provide me regular updates. Nothing was a problem for him and and if I were to go through the process again I would happily recommend Mark and want him to deal with my purchase. GoogleI found the service at Haart to be a very good experience. Whenever I had a query, there was always someone there to take my call or email. The process of getting moved in was straight forward, and they were very clear from the start exactly what the costs would be. I dealt with Louise from the lettings department mainly, who was very professional, easy to talk to and polite. I'm sure the rest of the staff are as well. If you're concerned about going with Haart, at least hear them out first. So, all in all, pretty good.

GoogleAt first things were slow moving and it was hard to get help but then Harry Lamb started helping us out with all our problems, he cares about our wellbeing and safety, he does everything he can to help us even in his own time, even when we were calling every hour for an update he always sounded happy to help and explained everything. Harry is a credit to Haart, he has honestly gone above and beyond our expectations we can not thank him enough. I hope he is acknowledged for his hard work and his persistence for helping people. GoogleWas a perfect experience all round, very organised and the communication between Myself and Aby Richards was great, daily emails and phone calls in the beginning then it was a waiting game for our moving day it went so smoothly and straight away! we was never out of the loop!. GoogleRebecca was absolutely amazing!!, So helpful polite and understanding... As soon as a house came on in our criteria Rebecca called is straight away 10 minutes before she was due to finish shift and booked us in for a viewing the following morning, we attended the property to view and we automatically knew it was the one for us!! made an offer and got accepted... EVERY single step... and i mean EVERY single step Rebecca was there for us... email or phone!! We are soooo happy and couldn't thank Rebecca enough!! Thanks again you are amazing!!! :):)
