GoogleEveryone who we dealt with at haart were very friendly and helpful, there are still a few things to be sorted out with our property, but we should be on the way to getting this sorted shortly! The moving in/signing process was all pretty straight forward, and everything after seems to be running smoothly.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible, there lack of communication is beyond a joke. Time scales for maintenance is far to long over a month for crucial appliances to be replaced/fixed and having to constantly chase them. I highly recommend to stay well clear from Haart

GoogleThe operator that called was very good. The only issue was the phone call was related to a house I sold over twenty years ago. So to ask if I was still interested in selling was a bit irrelevant. 🤔🤔🤔

GoogleRang Haart to arrange a viewing and to my surprise Dale offered to show me 2 extra properties.He personally drove us to all 3 properties whilst giving us a small tour of colchester town.They are all quite helpful and very professional and would definately recommend them

GoogleThe lettings manager Carly, is rude, patronising and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Will never return to Haart due to the service I received from her. Her team themselves were fine, but because of her obnoxious attitude, I will never use them again.

GoogleBeen with Haart for several years now, any issues are always sorted out promptly and professionally. This last week Jake got 3 maintenance issues sorted within a week and kept me updated throughout. Great service.
