GoogleI have used Haart for buying & selling this year and both experiences have been faultless. These transactions aren't without their issues but the key is information flow. Haart kept me fully up to date at all times. Whilst all staff I have spoken to have been excellent, Patrick Forrester & Mark Shynn have been particularly on the ball - Highly recommended

GoogleI wanted to view a property so they called me for the initial info and said we will let you know an appointment time. Never called me back and the property sold. (Possibly why they never called but some courtesy contact would have been good) Had an actual viewing booked with them today, i noticed the property showing Sold for the last 2 days so was expecting a call to cancel it. Nothing! Called them and they confirmed it had sold, i would have looked a right idiot turning up to the viewing! I'm really impressed......NOT.

GoogleGreat until you accept an offer and you get given the move manager Mark Shynn. His idea of chasing is sending an email once every couple of weeks, his idea of communication is ignoring your phone calls and emails and his attitude is that it is acceptable to shout at my partner which left her anxious and upset. The whole process took over 6 months after accepting an offer and only really progressed once we liaised with the actual clients involved in the chain ourselves as they were unaware of what was needed to get the sale over the line due to poor communication.

GoogleI have been a tenant at a property let by Haart for around 8 months. The only issues i have had with the company are with an external company that they used to complete maintenance. The repairs have taken a while and the company were unresponsive. Other than this i have no complaints. We were able to move in relatively hassle free and had all the relevant documents and information. If all goes well from now until the tenancies end we will look to renew for another year.

GoogleWhat a great team. We had problems with out chain near the end but mark was a star. Always at the end of the phone when we called always making sure things went smoothly. He definitely made things a lot easier and put us at ease. Would highly recommend them if your buying

GoogleChavivi Eaton stands head and shoulders above all estate agents I have interacted with in 20 house viewings. After around 20 viewings of different properties in the last year I became frustrated having to deal with estate agents being totally disinterested in you, the property or even the sale, having to chase up information about properties constantly, not being listened to etc. etc. Chavivi could not have been further from this!!! Before the viewings he was informative about the area and properties, listened to what I was looking for, ensured he worked around my working day too in terms of calls; at the viewings themselves he was utterly professional, if he didn't know the answer to a question he assured me he would chase it up and let me know (which he did!), and generally just gave me the time and space..and advice... to look around and understand what I may have been buying. His work ethic and diligence in accommodating the customer was represented in the fact he came in to do a second viewing on a property even though it was his day off! Would 100% go with Haart and Chavivi again and would recommend to anyone!
