My partner and I purchased our first property and had absolutely no idea what we were doing so were super thankful for Georgia. She helped us through the process by answering all of our questions, keeping us updated and dealing with my screaming down the phone when our offer was accepted! Hannah was our sales progressor and we loved how much we were kept in the loop when she chased our solicitors for an update. Thanks both!

Be very very careful if you rent a property from this company. They are not understanding at all and do not listen. They pocket holding deposits and refuse to pay it back. After knowing the circumstances too. Very very unfair company and I’m very disappointed that they badly ripped off my son and his partner.

I had a great experience with Fenn Wright from the initial viewing of the property I ended up purchasing, all the way through to completion. They helped me secure a great property at a really good price. I was made to feel important and valued as a customer even through the stressful times that can occur when purchasing a property. A special mention has to go to Kirsty who would answer all queries from me at sometimes silly times of the evening or even on her day off. She is a real asset to the company and optimises the values Fenn Wright has. Kirsty made the whole process feel easy even when it became tricky. I would use Fenn Wright at any given chance should I move again in the future. thank you all for an amazing experience from a buyer's perspective.

We recently purchased our first home via Fenn Wright, Colchester - we honestly couldn’t recommend Kirsty and her team enough. All aspects of the purchase were dealt with efficiently and communication was excellent throughout all stages of the purchase. Any queries/issues that arose were promptly dealt with by the team which made what seemed a daunting process for us, incredibly straightforward and stress-free on our side. Kirsty was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects our house purchase, which completely filled us with confidence that everything was being taken care of. Will certainly be using Fenn Wright in the future and would highly recommend!

Professional and efficient service from start to finish. They quickly found a buyer who had nothing to sell, and who offered the asking price. Their sales progression team, especially Kirsty, were excellent and kept us informed as to progress of the transaction and kept in close touch with our buyers. Joshua ensured that I was updated at all times with regards to my property transaction in Ipswich. This as especially important as my solicitors levels of communication was negligible at times. Although the whole process seemed protracted, Joshua remained confident throughout the transaction period and reassured me through the difficult moments. A recommended estate agent.

Fenn wright were the 3rd estate agent we used after 2 unsuccessful ones. I wish we'd gone to them first! Kirsty & her team from the stanway office were the ones to eventually make our move complete. She was constantly keeping us updated on what was a very stressful move. She was friendly & approachable whilst still being professional. She clearly knows her stuff & worked very very hard to make it come together. I will actually miss not talking to her now we are moved! She restored my faith in estate agents & I would highly recommend her & her team.

Fenn Wright were great to deal with during the recent sale of our house. Very transparent and acted very quickly. We mainly dealt with Shannon Lay and she was fantastic from start to finish. Incredibly bubbly and friendly she really took the stress out of what could be a very stressful period. There was good communication between us and the buyers and she was very knowledgeable with all of our many questions! We would definitely use Fenn Wright again in the future

It wasn't easy for her, as it was a complex situation, but at all times Mel communicated with me to let me know what was going on.
