GoogleFor a while, I had been searching for a commercial property in Colchester when I stumbled upon a building managed by Fenwright that was available to let. Excitedly, I sent an email during the night and received a call from Mr Edward Nolan the following morning. Despite the short notice, he was able to show me around the property on the same day. We quickly arranged a viewing and the communication between us was exceptional. As a first-time commercial property seeker, the entire process can be intimidating, but Ed and his team made it so easy. Companies are only as good as their people and Kirsty really stood out, giving us scheduled updates and extra calls if certain events happened. Well what can I say about this company except they are very professional and helpful. We have had 3 homes to sell & 1 to buy and we have had this company to do all. Everything ran smoothly for all of them, I can't fault them at all. Whenever you wanted to ask anything they would help wherever possible. 2 particularly people I think went out of there way to help us which is Charley (Felixstowe) & Kyle (Ipswich) & I can't thank them enough. We are now happy in our new home and hopefully 2025 will be quieter.
