GoogleI rented with Elms price for about 7 years in total. After a few staff changes I had no problems, if I needed something fixed or looked at they were there within 24 hours. I ended a tenancy early due to needing to move and they helped this happen with no issue (obviously landlords decision so doesn't always go this way).They didn't take any of my deposit, didn't even try as I've seen this mentioned in some of the reviews on here and it was back to me when they said it was going to be. If i needed to rent again I would go to them first.

GoogleIn spite of the fact that we lost a buyer (twice !) and had two failed purchases as well, the guys at Elms Price persevered with the situation until we finally got over the line . They were often chasing down a lengthy chain and doing others jobs at times ( Purple Bricks - just don't use them !!!!!) , so you can be confident that they will get the job done however difficult the circumstances of your move are.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAs a landlord, you would do well to avoid this company. They are not in the least bit interested in carefully vetting which tenants they let into your property, so long as they can gleam their reference and admin fees. Forget about getting the place inspected. They very causally turn a blind eye to sub-letting. AVOID.

GoogleWe have used other agents over the years but always come back to EPM - being smaller than some of the High Street chains they offer a far more personal service than some of the others where you phone in and despite being a client they have no idea who you are! From start to finish they were highly professional and personable, they were all well informed and were able to assist with any enquiry that we made. Given the current situation we were really apprehensive about moving home and expected timescales but Elms Price & Co made the process as seamless as possible with frequent communication and great liaison with counterparties and solicitors. GoogleAfter trying other agents who promised the world to me and after having no luck selling, I was recommended Elms Price by a colleague. Due to the location of my bungalow, being near a railway line, footbridge and a pub it was never going to be an easy sell. And yes it did take a while. First we had the uncertainty of Brexit to contend with and then the pandemic. Both meaning that the property market took some strange twists. And then of course the Stamp Duty help from the government kick started the market and I eventually sold. All the way through this though, Andrew and Darryl at Elms Price tried their utmost to sell my property and were honest and open about the situation. Other agents advised me to spend big on changing parts of my place to appeal to a wider audience etc etc but that was just a smoke screen for “we can’t sell your place because it’s next to a railway line”. I had none of that with Elms Price. We knew it would go, and when it did, they did everything I would expect of an agent, even when my buyer was an interesting character who offered his own challenges. Well done Elms Price. GoogleMy boyfriend and I have just purchased our very first home with Elms Price and Co and I cannot recommend them enough. We were looked after by Andrew who was extremely professional, friendly and also patient with us and all our questions. He recommended a property to us to view and sent us all the details and when we saw it we loved it. We ran into a little trouble with our mortgage application and he gave us details of a broker who was then able to help us secure the mortgage too. He always responds quickly, he helped us with chasing up our solicitors too and from start to finish has taken a lot of stress out of what is normally and very stressful process. Throughout the process I spoke to a few different people from the office and all of them were very friendly and polite. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone, they have been brilliant. GoogleWould like to rate elms price &co five stars the level of service was amazing from the valuation of my house to the final sale took a long time to sell my home but elms price was with us all the way updating us every week during the covid crisis I couldn't wish for a better service even when I had questions they got back to me straight away been with lots of other agents with no success or cummincation but Andrew from elms price was out standing and would recommend this agent to any of my friends or family don't go with any other agent until you try elms price & co first
