GoogleMyself and my cousin found ourselves having to sell our Aunts Property in Lexdon. From start to finish we found all contact very professional and value for money. Refreshing, was the feedback and responses to queries which were handled speedily. Well done and thank you to the team.

GoogleThank you to the whole team for a smooth stress free move! We originally bought our house through Elms Price, so it was an easy descision to sell it through them when the time came. They are professional, supportive and undertanding. Always approachable with ready advise and information, from day one right through to the end of the process. I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of Andy and Daryl at Elms Price. They sold our house in 2 days and they also handled our purchase! It went smoothly and they kept in constant contact with us, even answering my questions on their days off. I would highly recommend them. No over inflated valuation just to get the business, just realistic and honest, hence the quick sale!

GoogleThis agent was involved in a very complicated chain I was part of although not their actual client. Other agents in the chain were not really on the ball. Darryl and Andrew at Elms Price were incredibly helpful and professional and really saved the day.

Googleseveral poor experiences of estate agents in Colchester. However our move with Elms Price was fast and flawless. They managed to secure a property we wanted, advertise and sell our property and complete the sale in under 3 months. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elms Price as they provide a first rate service and their knowledge in the local area is second to none.

Googledreadful company to deal with, no feedback, and now out of the blue theyve taken our property off the market, steer clear, seems they're possibly in financial trouble !
Dear Mr Stephens we are extremely disappointed with your review and would have appreciated a phone call to discuss this matter. We had no choice but to remove your property as you had ignored three letters of correspondence asking for an EPC to be instructed and when one was, you cancelled it. As a company that has been selling homes for nearly 30 years in Colchester and surrounding areas we felt breaking the law wasn’t part of our ethos and are extremely proud of the service we provide as you can see from the other reviews listed.

GoogleJust completed the sale of my property with the Elms Price Team who were professional, responsive and great to deal with throughout. Knowledgeable advice on valuation and price negotiation, regular updates throughout the lockdown and most importantly when issues occurred they got the sale process back on track avoiding delays and stress. Will never moan about estate agents again!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleElms Price very successfully sold an investment property for my wife and myself in December 2021. They generated considerable interest in the house thereby achieving a good price above our expectations. The sale was completed in a good timescale. What more could you want from your Estate Agent. Andy
