GoogleDespite the bad press estate agents generally get I have to say that as far as our experience of Elms Price is concerned it doesn't apply. We were constantly badgered by rivals but the positivity Andrew, Daryl and John inspired paid off even if the market and political situation caused us to suffer the collywobbles (to use an archaic term but which describes our feelings perfectly) on more than one occasion! GoogleExceptional service from Elms Price (twice now) when selling our homes. Nothing was too much trouble. They were polite, professional, always returned phone calls, kept us updated and generally went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible. The same cannot be said for the estate agents we bought our houses from. When viewing properties we also came across some very uncouth estate agents. Elms Price for us acted with integrity and are the only ones myself and my husband would trust.

GoogleThanks to the efficiency, politeness and high standard of communication of all the staff at Elms Price, the sale of my property was seamless. The lettings department dealt with the outgoing tenants, leaving the sales team to the communicate with the purchaser together with solicitors on both sides of the transaction to ensure a smooth transition for all.
