If you're dealing with a guy called Shaun, you'll get a property. Met him for a viewing and it wasn't what I was after. He asked what I was looking for, I answered and he went back to the office to get the keys to the place I'm now happily living in! Everyone was really professional and helpful. They act upon the paperwork as soon as you sign and send it to them so it's up to you how long you want to wait to move once accepted. I count myself extremely fortunate to have rented a lovely terraced house through the fabulous team at Belvoir. This is not my first rental experience but it is by far the best: I can’t think anybody can have had a better experience. A stable and dedicated team who clearly enjoy their work and this makes communication easy and good natured. Any issues have been dealt with very quickly - even within the same day. My neighbour has a very different and negative experience with her agent - who often doesn’t reply to emails or phone calls for weeks. I can’t recommend Belvoir highly enough and would not want to move to a non Belvoir let!

Don't trust Belvoir because they lied and took the tenant's side. My house was really messy when the tenant left, but Belvoir didn't take enough money from the deposit to cover the damages. Tanya from Belvoir is a big liar. Be careful. Thanks

Belvoir are very efficient and handle all matters relating to the property they manage for us in a very professional and thorough way. The accounting system works very well and the rental money is paid into the account with no delay and a detailed statement is sent every month. We have been with Belvoir for over ten years and are happy with all their services and have no hesitation in recommending them to others looking for a company to manage their rental property. The staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them to handle. They balance out the needs of the tenants and owner in a fair way.
