The hole team at Ray Cooke Auctioneers did a great job selling my property from start to finish. With in a day or two after I gave them the job the for sale sign was up. A very good photographer took pictures of the property had it up on daft and my home. Ie not to mention the interested parties they already had on their books. They had a very transparent online bidding system where everyone body involved could see what stage the sale was at. Ray Cooke have a very diligent team looking after every aspect of the sale process. I would high recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Our auctioneer -Ross McHugh- was the ultimate professional. From the beginning, Ross was honest, and made us feel very comfortable that he had everything under comtrol. Always at hand for advice, and at times went above and beyond his remit. The same should be said for Emma Skerrit - our broker. Emma showed great flexibility with our awkward work schedule, and alot of patience and calm when dealing with our financial dealings. We dealt with Ross McHugh on the sale of our house in Monastery Heath. He was great to deal with. Promptly replied, did a great job on the price received had regular viewings of the house and I can honestly say was a super person to deal with. He always replied promptly kept us informed at each point and was great for speeding things up, setting expectations with our buyers and ensuring the sale transaction was turned around quickly. I’d definitely deal with him again. Price was also competitive at 1%. I would also like to mention Roisin who works in the office. She is very professional, has an amazing manner and I found her great to deal with. One negative was the photos of the property were not very professional. They should offer professional photos as part of the service or charge for it. We ended up getting a photographer to do our photos again and they were much better and showcased the house more.

My husband and I recently sold a 1 bedroom apartment with Ray Cooke. We dealt with Ross McHugh. Our sale was a very complicated one with the first buyer pulling out. Before Ross delivered the news, he had already called all other interested parties and had another offer for us to consider - which we accepted. The process was a very long and tedious one which Ross kept us updated the whole time. Whilst Ross was our main point of contact, any other member of the Ray Cooke team we dealt with were both friendly and professional. We bought a house from Ross from Clondalkin branch just before Christmas. Another house fell through at last min at start of Nov, and found another house straight away (10 Nov) with Ross we explained we wanted it pushed through as fast as possible. Which we moved in 22 Dec. Ross was brilliant everything ran very smooth and fast. Ross kept in touch whole time and responded all call/ emails very quick. If he wasnt available the office left a message for him too. Overall I would have no problem recommending Ray Cooke We found Ross very professional and efficient
