GoogleI would highly recommend Ray Cooke Letting to rent your property for you. They take total charge and inform you on everything. The whole team are amazing. I personally dealt with Jamie who was more like a brother than a letting agent. He was so easy to deal with, nothing was every a problem.

GoogleI bought my first house though Ray Cooke Auctioneers in 2010 and dealt with Ross McHugh. Ross also looked after letting out the property for me 2 years ago. Recently I have been looking to buy a house with my boyfriend and although we ended up finding our perfect house with a different estate agency, I was still in contact with Ross a little bit while searching for the right property. I just felt I had to express that especially now, after having to deal with probably every other estate agency in Clondalkin and Tallaght, it has never been more evident of the exceptional customer care that Ray Cooke Auctioneers offer. My memories of Ross throughout any dealings with him I've had, have been that he was extremely hardworking , efficient and always, always there to answer my call and any questions that I may have had. He made the whole process of buying a house and letting a house a lot easier and a lot less stressful than it could have been. I hope your boss knows what an asset you are to the company Ross! The next time I need to sell or let, I will absolutely be using Ray Cooke's and recommend everyone to do the same. GoogleI recently sold a house and bought an apartment using Ray Cooke's. I was dealing with Ross Mc hugh. I found him very professional, approachable and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with, understood exactly where I needed to be in terms of location and found me the perfect place. He kept me updated throughout and was always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend Ross and Ray Cookes. Best of luck in the future .

Not only did Alanna deal with all my questions promptly, she also gave me a lot of patient and practical advice above and beyond other companies I have experienced. Most importantly Alanna is professional, good humoured and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying / selling a home!

Trustpilotleaving property before notice period
We were leaving property earlier than our notice period ended but due to family emergency. Agent involved said deposit should not be impacted as the landlord is ok with it. We said if needed we will stay as long as we have to. She said no it's all ok for us to leave early. After we waited our deposit for almost a month and then realized that landlord took more then half after all because of early leave. However we weren't warned by our property manager that this will happen. If we were told depozit will be taken almost in full, we would adjust and waited out. Poor communication and total disrespect of people's hard earned money.

Google!!!!AVOID, AVOID,AVOID!!!!!! The worst scammers in Ireland... Lied about property, took deposit, now for 1 year we can't move out as they don't want to give our deposit back.. promised carpark which after 6 months of issues they decided we want get at all, i have damage on the car as someone try to break in, because I have to leave it just anywhere where is a space, gave us keys of filthy apartment, landlord is still on our bill contract (in arrears), which we repaying, asked them for RTB no, first 6 months they were saying that we don't need to get it in first 6 month and we never got it.. trying to contact them, no response.... !!!MONEY HUNGRY, NOT CARING ABOUT TENANTS AT ALL!!!!

GoogleStay clear, if your vulnerable in anyway, they'll take advantage and fleece you our your money. My review keeps getting taken down. But anyone who would like to read through countless emails and messages from these 🍑holes, Facebook Me. Nothing but false promises, mould in the house and numerous other things that were agreed by text message to be sorted before moving in. I had a newborn and these guys didn't give a toss. Lazy and money driven. Didn't even give us the deposit back, we just wanted to leave. Never ever dealing with this lot again and I will continue telling people to stay clear.

GoogleIn this housing crisis I didn’t think there was any chance of us getting a place but Ray Cooke, particularly James Bould, made it so easy for us. It’s a gorgeous property and in a brilliant location. We saw the house and moved in all in the same week! Highly recommended!

GoogleFound both Ray Cooke and Ross McHugh very approachable and easy to deal with. Selling your house is not something you do everyday so it was really helpful to have Ross walk us through it and guide us as to what to do. Ross worked hard to show our house at its best and then to manage the selling price to exceed ours (and I suspect the market's) expectations!! Thank you Ross, you are highly recommended!

He took all the stress out of selling even with any hicups that came up he stepped in, and was so professional, also recommended solicitors who were also great and kept you upto date every step of the way.
