GoogleMany thanks to the team for their professional and efficient service. In particular their extra patience and help for dealing with a remote seller and a complicated probate sale. Their online engagement processes really impressed. Continuous communications keeping everybody in the loop and always ready to make/take a call. Management of keys and providing access when needed not only to viewers but also to other third parties like cleaners, workers. Proficient and timely management from “for sale” throughly to “sale agreed” and beyond. Many thanks.

1) the agent insisted we pay a higher deposit (over a month's rent) which is illegal under RTB rules,because we have a dog. We did pay and since we found out the rules, we have asked to get the excess back. Denied, twice, in writing

Have to agree with all the negative comments, bought a house through these guys a while back and it was an awful experience, money , money , money is all that matters , they were also unable to control their impatient client ,so they were saying adding a heap of pressure to an already pressurized transaction ,their communication were terrible , emails popping up with urgent on them all the time. But with no regulation in this industry they can run riot and not only get away with it but get very well paid for it.

GoogleAn absolute pleasure dealing with Ray Cooke and Eimhin. We seen him at several viewings and built a good rapport with him throughout - He got us over the line for our home, was so responsive for what we could tell was such a busy person in his workday and was genuinely delighted for us when we finally got our house. He took the time on a Friday at 4:30pm (when all of us want to go home) to sit in traffic in clondalkin village and bring us the keys to our home. Would highly recommend - thanks again Eimhin - Shane and Michaela

GoogleDefinitely the worst agency ever. Every single person in this agency is beyond rude and unprofessional. They dont don't care about their client as long as everything is fine for them. In our situation they were protecting only one side ( lanlords) and they dont care for tenants. Niamh was always late for inspection. Few times she set up the time and then few minutes before she send "oh i cant come over there today", or "i was there " when she actually haven't. Patrick never reply to any emails. Marianne like to talk a lot never letting tenant to say a word and then just hang up the phone. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesnt know how to talk with people . Also sending email to us morning after bank holiday checking for rent( obviously bank doesn't process any payment over the bank holiday weekend) James gives me his email to contact him, but he never reply on his email. Sinead only reply on text messages and email when she needs something from tenant. All in all very unprofessional agency. We were waiting for deposit quite a long time and same for extra rent because they care only for lanlords and themselves. I would rate it minus 10 if it is possible.

This wouldn't have been possible without Ross McHugh we dealt with Ross the whole time, he was so helpful so responsive and quick and so professional throughout the process. Ross went beyond for us and was always there on the other end of the phone. I can't thank him enough and would 100 percent recommend Ross and the team

GoogleBack in 2015 I purchased my home with Ross Mchue in Ray Cooke with a tight budget he went out of his way to make sure I had a shot to get into the market. I purchased my first dream home and couldn’t believe my luck.. 4 years later an expanding family we made a move to sell the home which was done in 3 weeks with Ross. Everything was seamless with selling the home. Throughout the whole process Ross was there on the phone to help open lines of communications and keep things moving for us all. Do yourself a favour avoid any dealings with this company if possible. Yes, its hard to get a property these days but to save any dissapointment i wouldnt entertain these jokers.Agents are all rude young guys with bad attitudes that invite bus loads for viewings and repost the ad a few days later without any explanation. Any qeuery will be answered with short rude replies, basically why should we treat anyone with any human respect when we have busloads of people to play around with. They post different ads on all different platforms and tell you then to only go on their website only to find none of these properties are present.They should franchise in the circus industry, no disrespect to clowns either! But this company is a shambles.

Ross was very honest from the beginning, was very prompt with getting the house on the market and was always at the end of the phone when we required assistance. GoogleThe hole team at Ray Cooke Auctioneers did a great job selling my property from start to finish. With in a day or two after I gave them the job the for sale sign was up. A very good photographer took pictures of the property had it up on daft and my home. Ie not to mention the interested parties they already had on their books. They had a very transparent online bidding system where everyone body involved could see what stage the sale was at. Ray Cooke have a very diligent team looking after every aspect of the sale process. I would high recommend them and would definitely use them again.
