GoogleRecently purchased a house through Ray Cooke. Reading online about house buying in Ireland (especially Dublin!) beforehand we were bracing ourselves for the worst. Complete opposite. Thanks to Nick the whole process was so quick and so easy. Honestly couldn't believe it. Anytime I had a query or question Nick was on hand to answer lightning fast. Everyone else at RC was so lovely too. Highly, highly recommend.

From the viewing right up to getting the keys and even after he has helped tremendously with everything! I found the whole process very straight forward and anything I wasn’t sure of Joseph was there to help. Me and my daughter are currently very happy in our new home and can’t wait for our future here.

GoogleWe choose Ross from Ray Cooke auctioneers in Clondalkin after specking to 3 other local auctioneers offices we felt that Ross was best suited to us for helping us to sell our property in our time frame and we were proved right with our choice he got the best price for our property and from the day we meet him to the finish it took 13 weeks he was honest and very reliable and was always on the other end of the phone he kept us informed throughout the whole process we would recommend him to anyone that is wishing to sell there home 🙏

GoogleOverall poor customer service. Property was still displayed after deposit was paid. Our property fell through, after the deposit was paid. Felt like we were a nuisance once it was clear that we couldn’t move in. Completely unprofessional language used when contacting us. Eoin texted using texting slang when the property fell through and we were extremely stressed. No empathy was shown for our situation as we were left without a house a week before going back to work. Calls were rejected when enquiring on when our deposit would be refunded and texts were rude and blunt. Saying “I’ll call you tomorrow” and then not getting any phone call. All through text and overall extremely unprofessional and disappointing with Eoin. The ball was dropped by someone in regards to this property and I don’t recommend this service at all.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI decided to sell up and move back to the UK during lockdown, so put a call into Ray Cooke's in Rathcoole because I knew they'd recently sold other properties in my estate. Conor came out to take a look around and discuss the sale process with me. From the very first meeting to each and every contact and viewing which followed, I found Conor to be extremely polite, professional, and respectful of me, my property, and also the new health & safety situation which Covid brought with it. Despite one set of buyers going awol, Conor's confidence of finding the right buyer came good in September, and everything was completed just before Christmas. GoogleWe met with 3 agents prior to putting our house on the market and to say we are delighted we chose Ross McHugh to represent us is an understatement. The level of service was far above and beyond what we could have expected. Each and every query was handled promptly and although we cam across a couple of hurdles throughout the process, Ross made sure we cleared them whilst ensuring our stress levels were managed!!! Not to mention getting us a record price for a house like ours on our road. Could not recommend Ross and his team enough, if you are selling your property make sure you call these guys.

GoogleWhere to start…I can’t believe this day is finally here. The sale of my property took longer than most, not the fault of Ray Cooke but just some bad luck. I have to commend Ross McHugh from Ray Cooke Auctioneers, who not only sold my property he also kept me sane throughout the process, made me laugh the entire way, which really helped as it was not an easy process. I cannot recommend Ray Cooke auctioneers enough and Ross is a gentleman, very good at what he does, the best auctioneer I’ve come across and is a total ‘pet’, he deserves a raise for getting my property sold. I dealt with James, who was quick in responding to all my questions and concerns and also meeting my expectations. He even checked in with us after moving in to see if things are fine with us . Never in all my years renting have I had such an awful experience like with Ray Cooke. They are currently holding our money hostage (and it is not an insignificant sum) and despite daily calls, texts and emails to the agent requesting an update, we have heard minimal back from them and they are refusing to pay us. We have had to contact solicitors and take further legal action. I would recommend avoid them if you can help it, and if you can’t, well good luck if it goes sideways…
