the worst estate agents going

the worst estate agents going, unprofessional, rude and lies, we have enquired about several properties and always get told there are no more viewings or they have several offers, we enquired about a property this week and got told it was still available and they would get someone from the Rochdale office to call us back this never happened we just got an email back saying there was offers on the property always excuses from this company, the staff are rude tell lies and never return your calls, i feel that we are being discriminated against because we have had to complain, the owners of this estate agents need to get things sorted as i am now considering going to the ombudsman about them, the managers always cover things up. i will guarantee if i am lucky enough to get a reply they will use there famous words WE DON'T SEEM TO HOLD YOUR CONTACT DETAILS OR NO RECORD OF YOU. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff at Keenans in selling our loveLy little three bed house in Whalley. We had already been on the market with a different agent with no joy but Keenans not only got a lot of buyers through the door, they were able to bring offers in. From the outset the quality was obvious compared to the competitors. The professional photography made our property stand out on Rightmove and Zoopla. The agents knew our house well and were brilliant at keeping us updated. The stand out service for us was the sales facilitation team and in particular Stacey. They chased up loose ends to make sure the sale completed. Stacey even went the extra mile fixing the lock on our back door! Thank you all!

Things got better with the sales progression team.

Little disappointed at the start as we had viewers coming round who were not in a position to buy, one hadn’t even got their house up for sale! Once we had accepted an offer, Liam was our only contact with Keenans, he did his best to keep the sale progressing despite a few difficulties which caused significant delays. Liam was always polite, personable and keen.

Started off badly a couple of the team…

Started off badly a couple of the team quite abrupt which put me off. Got a call back from Jonathan things started to improve. Got what I would call harassed trying to get my solicitor to hurry up!!!! Bearing in mind we were right on schedule. Tried to get a final inspection but was told by Luke they were too busy!! Kieran took over very pleasant professional and the others could take a leaf out of his book. I felt once everything was going through the after care was non existent just onto the next sale. Would not use this estate agent if selling.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

One of the worst estate agency experiences I have ever had!!! I purchased a property through keenans and from the minute I offered until completion was a complete nightmare! I wasnt given chance to increase my offer told my offer had been put forward to the owner which it wasnt. If i hadnt of knocked on and negotiated the offer myself then the owner would have been non the wiser. I would avoid at all costs. I was constantly lied too by Cree in their sales progression department found her rude and abrupt and the lack of communication was appallin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - BELIEVE THEY CHARGE A LOT TOOI have tried to reply direct - Cree has already called me for further feedback following my review - I have made it clear where the issues lay and cannot be more clearer. I understand that it’s a very busy period for estate agents but felt like I had to do a lot of the chasing, I was constantly given conflicting information. By all means if you wish to discuss anything further please do let me know.

When Simon came round to value our house, he was not only professional, he was also very reassuring, he pointed out all the good selling points in our home, and advised how to highlight them, and he assured us they would take care of everything, from taking pictures, to arranging viewings, and showing possible buyers around, once the house was live on the website, and viewings were booked the house sold within 24 hours!
