We are sorry you have been disappointed with your rental accommodation, please be assured our property management team have contacted the Landlord and we have advised of the remedial works urgently required.
Your feedback is contrary to the many positive reviews on both Google & Trust Pilot, however; we do recognise that on this occasion communication with yourself has not been sufficient regardless of the Landlords response to the situation, for this we unreservedly apologise.
