Further to my original review of the guys who valued and sold the property Josh and James ( and did a great job with enthusiasm and professionalism ) i must give a big vote of appreciation to Victoria Grantham who is the lady you would deal with once the offer is accepted as she is Sales Processor and she is brilliant , always responds to any queries and keeps you informed of progress with solicitors and the buyers and basically smooths the whole process out . Any niggles are quickly sorted to ensure both you as seller and the buyers are happy and you get to completion FAST . She's an absolute asset to CJ Hole and cant thank her enough

We bought a house which completed in September for which CJ hole were the estate agents. They were excellent especially our Sales Progressor Victoria. She was incredibly helpful in the very initial part of the process but I think the best thing was her continuous liaising between both sets of solicitors, ourselves and the seller. The sale completed in just 7 weeks which was fantastic for us. Of course this was in part to the solicitors and our very thorough and helpful seller but I do think a big portion was from Victoria nudging both sides on. When we went to the office to collect the keys the agents were lovely, gave us lots of moving in information and even Prosecco!

My daughter was due to move into a student shared let. On the day of arrival. The house clearly had not been inspected or cleaned dispite been told it had been professionally cleaned? The structure of the house was so bad my leg went through the kitchen floor in to the sub floor. It became clear the entire kitchen floor was rotted and dangerous. The hall floor was little better. Light bulbs broken or missing, shower door missing. The whole house stank. The agent when he finally arrived was very dismissive of the structural dangers tell us it was safe to move into. All families had travelled hours to the house. The agent refused to take the keys with him as we were forced to reject the property as it was not fit for habitation. We returned the keys to the nearest office. Cj hole were forced to cancel the contract and dispite promises we are still waiting for deposit and rent to be refunded. I am now considering taking my complaint to director level.

Great service from a great team! CJ Hole provided a great service - our flat sold just a week after putting it on the market! All the team members were really helpful, with special mentions to Josh and Victoria. Josh came and took some great photos of the flat, even with our pug dashing round his feet and trying to get in every picture. He also showed the flat with great enthusiasm to viewers, securing our sale rapidly. After this Victoria pushed through all the final details to make sure the sale went through and completed as quickly as possible.
