GoogleAVOID THIS AGENCY! THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU THE DEPOSIT BACK. THE HOUSE WAS NOT PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED. NOW THAT WE JUST LEFT THE HOUSE THEY ARE CHARGING US £400 + VAT TO CLEAN THE HOUSE + MORE MONEY OF OUR DEPOSIT. THE SERVICE IS POOR. THE ARE VERY RUDE AGENCY. THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE WHEN WE MOVED IN REGARDING AGENCY FEES AND 2 DAYS LATER THE AGENCY SAID THAT WE MUST PAY THAT 400 POUNDS MISSING BECAUSE THE MADE A MISTAKE ?????? THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Hi Aida, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your comments. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the deposit as you are still in negotiations with the branch. However, after discussing your comments with our local team, I can confirm the property was professionally cleaned prior to you moving in and the property also required professionally cleaning throughout after you had vacated. GoogleUsed the agent to rent a 2 bed for myself and girlfriend. We dealt with a lady called Beth which was bubbly professional and polite the whole time and couldn't of done any more to help us. The process was done quickly and professionally and the other member of staff we met was just as polite and professional. The tenancy went through quickly, and Beth gave use a call shortly after we moved in to ensure everything was okay and that there wasn't any issues with the property.

GoogleDo not whatever you do use this company. Woods are a total disgrace in every sense, no customer service, no communication between their own departments let alone you as a customer. Their accounts department is in Newport, their ‘head quarters ‘ is the hub in Bradley Stoke and neither seem to talk to each other or the local branches for that matter - there is no leadership or management what so ever. We left with written confirmation that we would get our deposit back, 4 months later and not only did we not get it back they took another months rent ‘as an oversight’? We have only just got both back and now we’ve been hit with a council tax bill that they have re-directed at us for a period in a property that were not even in! We also had to endure the entire month of January without central heating as they went back and forth with the landlord as to the crux of the issue - all this with a 18 month old and three year old. A total shambles, an utter disgrace and should be shut down and wound up as a company. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS

GoogleI don’t know where to begin, absolutely disgusted with their actions and how rude each member of staff is working at the Clevedon branch.. word of advice to anyone looking to rent DO NOT even think about going through Woods! 1. They will do anything they can to not give your deposit back for example (our grass wasn’t cut short enough in our tiny garden, so wanted to charge us £75 + VAT ) it is comical they have no idea! 2. Very rude! Sarcastic and rude emails from them and when we have had problems with mould in both bedrooms and problems with boiler and heating, all they do is come round take pictures and do nothing about it or they tell us to deal with it ourselves. 3. They never told us about a check out fee it’s not on any of the paper work we signed and it’s £60 for what!! Just a click on the computer 4. We need to close them down!

Many thanks for your email. In response to your points: 1. The garden had not been attended to at the end of your tenancy, but at your request we allowed you access with your gardener to do the work, and there was therefore no deduction. 2. An independent contractor confirmed the condensation was being caused by a lack of ventilation and advised you on how to rectify the situation. The boiler had a small leak from the condensing pipe which was repaired promptly. 3. The check out fee is clearly detailed in your tenancy agreement and you were advised before you applied for the property. if there any other issues you wish to discuss please contact us

GoogleI signed up with woods to help me find a house to buy. I was very disappointed with the service as I would only get emails about houses that were not in my price range or area I had asked for. I was never once contacted by phone, after leaving a message and ringing several times about a house I was interested in, and never got a call back. I ended up finding a house with another estate agents, and contacted woods to let them know to take me off their mailing list. To this day I am still receiving emails for houses I do not want to view and have left several messages and emails asking to remove me from their list but still haven’t been.

GoogleAwful estate agents went to view a property on 2 occasions. The first time we arrived and no one there. Rang them and they said we're cancelling as haven't got the keys. Could of let us know earlier. Rearranged and got there the woman said she had the wrong keys and I'm more than welcome to look through the windows ! Very rude and then asked so did you want to go ahead! In my reply I've not even been in the property defiantly Not!! Would never recommend

GoogleThe staff were very friendly and helpful. Concluded the paperwork and administrative side of things swiftly and competently. When it came to collecting the keys Ishbellah went above and beyond in accommodating our request to let us collect them at what was an awkward, out of working hours time which we greatly appreciated.
