GoogleWent to view a property today. House was ok at best. Asking a massive premium for it!!!! View would be described as vague and felt like we were an inconvenience. We had a chat in the car on the way home and decided even though the service we received was diabolical we would still go for the house. Once we had said yes, we were not allowed to apply for the house as another couple wanted it as well so we would have to apply and let the landlord decide who was best!! A little disappointed that we would have to be paraded in front of the landlord to decide who he/she deemed fit. All the staff cared about was themselves and getting the sale, we felt like we were not customers but a pay cheque. I dropped my application off and staff were eating their lunch and God help me if I was to intrupt. Whilst driving to work I was talking to my partner and we decided to withdraw our application for this house. Supirse surprise when I rang in the didn't give a damn. Lucky I would say we escaped from Woods unharmed. Staff drastically need training in dealing with people and need to learn how to interact with customers.

GoogleAs a tenant I didn't have a lot of interaction but when I did they were slow to respond with actual progress rather than holding responses however, when I left they didn't return our deposit for months simply because they couldn't get hold of the Landlord. They didn't care we were out of pocket or that the check out report should have facilitated this. I am actually also a landlord and I wouldn't use they because of their complicated relationship with countrywide ( the actual letting agent ) and the delay this causes to communication.
