GoogleHi we had a really really wonderful experience with Woods of Clevedon - I found the staff to be polite and professional and extremely helpful, they made renting our lovely (and very reasonably priced house) exceptionally easy and Gill in particular was a delight - I literally have no clue why the reviews are not great as we would highly recommend them to anyone !

GoogleI normally distrust estate agents but not so with Woods. They do what they should promptly and professionally and don't bother you once you have signed up. I cant believe I am recommending an estate agent but I am. My wife and I have complete confidence in them.

GoogleSo rude on the phone, didn't even bother going to view the properties as the member of staff on the phone just seemed to have an attitude. Good job we didn't as I've just seen all the terrible reviews on here. Dodged a bullet here I think.

GoogleThis lot just do not care about tenants and simply give you the worst treatment possible so that you will leave. This is so they can get your leaving fee and another signing fee. 6 months later, another leaving fee, another joining fee. When something needs fixed it is just "It will be tomorrow" 4 weeks to fix a broken toilet! 5 weeks to fix a leaking ceiling! 7 weeks to fix the internet! But 1 day to accept we were leaving and get the house back on the market.
