We couldn’t have asked for a better service. From the outset the whole team have been helpful, efficient and professional. We were especially impressed with the ‘sneak peek’ on Facebook - the photographs were absolutely lovely. Excellent communication and extremely helpful and cheerful staff who will do all in their compass to assist the customer. Two of the staff deserve special mention. Firstly, Heidi who was mainly responsible for the successful completion of our purchase. She kept us more informed about the various issues that we experienced than anybody else, the anybody else include our solicitor, the other solicitors involved and anyone else who figured in the process. She was brilliant in her communication, her chasing the other solicitors and she made my wife and I very delighted that she was on our side. The second person was Matt who was totally responsive to any request or quer put to him. The rest of the staff that we had contact with were excellent at getting the right people to contact us ASAP. This company goes the extra mile for their customers. Honestly can't rate Reed Rains, their lettings team in particular, high enough! Charlotte and Kelly have been fabulous with helping me over the past year 14 months, answering any questions I have promptly and professionally. Especially in the beginning when I was in a difficult place and trying to find somewhere to live quickly. Always there when you need them and I love the new system of being able to log problems rather than having to ring in or email etc, saves lots of time for everyone. I was really apprehensive when turning to renting a property as I haven't done this before, I can't tell you how much Kelly and Charlotte have put my mind at ease and given me the confidence in them that I needed. Professional stress free sale The sale of my late mother's flat was always going to be a difficult and emotional event but thanks to both family and Reads Rains (Clevedon) it was completed with minimal fuss and pure professionalism. We purchased our first buy to let property from Reeds Rains 7 years ago, it went so smoothly we decided to leave that property with them to find tenants - tenants were found after exchange and before completion! We have since bought more properties and Reeds Rains have always found tenants within a few weeks. They do all the hard work for us and we never have to worry. I have been using Reeds Rains as a landlord for the past few months. They are a very professional local company and I am satisfied with the service so far. They promptly found me tenants and were in touch throughout the whole process of setting up the tenancy and beyond. They let me know if there are any issues and they are able to suggest and provide local contractors that work quickly and economically. It is easy to communicate with them as you don't tend to get moved from one person to another and have to wait.
