When we first started looking for properties we came into the Reeds Rains office and Tina took all our details and got us to sit in front of Norman the mortgage adviser. He managed to get us a higher mortgage than we thought we could get, which was fantastic news. We were able to look at properties and Tina was really proactive in finding us properties which we wer interested in. We are now settled into our lovely three bedroom home and couldn’t be happier. We would certainly not hesitate using Reeds Rains again.

Selling my house was always going to be tricky but from start to finish the team have been there to support me. When things came to a halt Charlie was there to suggest small things to help the property sell and would check in regularly to make sure I was up to date and happy with the way things were going. Mike has been a breath of fresh air compared to previous experiences. Firstly he contacted us to view a property before they'd had chance to formally advertise. We were on his radar and it was perfect for the criteria we'd given him. We viewed within 48hours and subsequently purchased the property.
