Buying a house on my own this time with a small person in tow was huge, and never at any stage was I made to feel like a question was too daft or that I couldn’t pick up the phone at any point. That really meant a lot - a lot more than paperwork and bricks and mortar could. Your team are a credit to you! No plans to move again for the long term but should anything change, you guys will be the first point of call!

GoogleWe endured a difficult sale of our property due to conveyancers but Emma, in particular, and Claire did an absolutely outstanding job for us, keeping in touch every day it seemed. They maintained close contact with the buyer and their conveyancer and shared helpful information and insight which helped us in our communication with our conveyancer. They displayed admirable patience and tenacity and ultimately played a big part in our sale completing. Highly recommended - thank you!

GoogleWe had high hopes that Mark Templer would handle our sale professionally and efficiently as they seemed pretty good during viewings but in the end we were, quite frankly, shocked at how inattentive and disinterested they were once we had an offer on our property. I never received any updates that I hadn't had to chase during the three months that our property was under offer. We just felt that they didn't care anymore and just wanted to collect their fee at the end. You'd think that would make them want to at least work to get the sale pushed through in a timely manner but no! Our buyer ultimate pulled out of the sale and now we are back on the market with another agency who I can only hope will actually care and have an after sales service in place as the aftercare provided once you get a sale with Mark Templer isn't really existent and you will have to chase them for any updates whatsoever. Very disappointing experience.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
