GoogleThe staff at Mark Templer in Clevedon were a massive asset in what turned out to be a rather long process of finding my new home in the town. Whilst other agents gave up on sending me house details (despite asking them to continue), Templer stuck to my search, which was so encouraging. Each time I went into the office, I was greeted in a friendly way, each of the staff I dealt with were professional, informed, friendly and realistic. When I found my eventual new home (the first fell through due to unrealistic initial offer on my previous home), the staff gave a very realistic analysis of the property, provided advice for related services (a surveyor and a cleaning service-much needed!). Getting the sale 'over the line' relies entirely on how effective Sales Progressors are: both Claire and Emma were brilliant! It was altogether a very positive experience dealing with Mark Templer Estate Agents. May thanks, everyone!

GoogleNo hesitation on recommending the Mark Templer team, my house went on market just before COVID restrictions came in. The photos/ video taken were excellent quality & presented the house superbly. Several viewings were arranged before lockdown that sadly put everything on hold but the feedback & communication was great quality & assisted greatly in maximising the potential sale.
In mid May when the housing market reopened they had fully prepared new viewings from numerous matched clients with no time wasters, after a flurry of viewings they quickly secured me an offer & subsequent sale. The viewings were undertaken with great attention to virus safety with viewing staff always aware & able to promote the house with knowledge of its layout & history, they took time to do their homework, it never felt like it was just another house they had to sell.
