GoogleFriendly and professional. Their support was especially helpful when we had difficulties with our solicitors as they really helped to keep the communication going between ourselves and the sellers, meaning the purchase could move along.

GoogleWe used Mark Templer to sell our house in Yatton and although the house sold quickly (at a greatly reduced price) the service was shocking. Constant chasing, calls not returned, our main contact at the Yatton office was moved to another office and nobody decided to tell us! The final nail in the coffin was when our buyers, who I would say were very difficult sent a really offensive email to Mark Templer - rather than deal with the problem they instead emailed me directly and when I questioned Mark he said "we are damned if we do..." blah blah blah attitude. Its when the actual owner Mark Templer calls you up in a rant, talks all over you and god this guy is the most arrogant, patronising person I have ever met then hangs the phone up on you that you realise you have made a HUGE mistake in using this estate agent.

GoogleCosy converted farm building beams slate floors sea views. Logburner too but it is too small for the space. Good small range of food from fishnchips to pork in chilli and black beans. Great bottled beers and coffee and cakes. 20 min steep walk to Marloes Beach. Dog friendly. People Friendly. Just Magic.

Unfortunately, the building or buildings are not ‘pet friendly’ even if email saying that property is well suitable. The adverts are not accurate or actual. They manage to sent the same emails about property and after they state no longer for rent.
