If you are buying a property marketed by Robert Watts they will also aim to help you through the process. GoogleRobert Watts were fantastic from start to finish. I was selling this house for my mother in law due to her husband being terminally ill. All the staff were brilliant; every email was answered more or less immediately, viewings were coordinated with ease and always confirmed by email, and we even had to take the house off the market for a while due to medical issues but nothing was a problem for them. I cannot fault Robert Watts and all their management and staff, absolutely superb service.

GoogleAlthough Robert watts were not our estate agent in the chain, they were the estate agent of the vendors we were buying from. We were in a large chain and having a number of issues with the lower end of the chain. Jenny was really good in helping things move along and was very supportive with the process.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWorst Estate Agents Around. They need to learn how to communicate with their clients. You never informed me with anything, so stop your lies. Gillian Spence Marla your Senior Letting Manager needs Customer Service Skills as she doesnt know how to talk to a customer. I requested a contractor to be sent out to the property Asap which you failed to do aswell as there were no follow-ups and nither any confirmation through emails that someone is gona visit the site instead so i assumed you didnt find anyone instead you bill me for something that i didn't require again and nither justified.You wasn't thinking i was gona wait forever for you imaginary contractor to turn up were you. And Thanks for nothing.
Usman were obviously really disappointed to receive this review. We have investigated this and we are sorry but we totally disagree with your comments as we clearly arranged with you for contractors to visit the house and you refused them entry which is where the problem arose. Contractors will unfortunately always charge for a failed visit which we cannot change.

GoogleRecently rented a property from Robert Watts, Cleckheaton in BD6. There was a few questions and requested we had at the beginning which was dealt with negatively but then started dealing with Sam Banfield and he was so helpful and dealt with queries quickly and professionally between ourselves and the landlord, to help us obtain the property. Special big thank you to Sam.

GoogleNot very helpful at all unfortunately. I'm homeless, sofa surfing after fleeing domestic abuse and sadly I couldn't make a viewing for a property due to work commitments, I only got offered the viewing yesterday. Apparently it's their policy that you HAVE to view the property before putting in an application. I can't find this policy on their website and despite my awful situation they offered no solution and were very abrupt. Very unfortunate because other Estate Agents have been very considerate. Surely if I'm okay putting in an application having only seen pictures, knowing full well the property would be suitable for myself as a single person that should be enough, as it is with most estate agents but it isn't and gets you a very frosty response.
Lauren we are most distressed to receive this review but we can’t accept applications if you haven’t viewed the house. The demand is very high at the moment and if house in question is popular others will undoubtedly get the property. We are sorry for your situation and will try and help you if you see something else.

GoogleFirstly, me and a friend applied to rent a property. Neither of us have had any CCJ's etc. Anyway, we didn't get it as the agent said someone else had got it. Just 3 days later it's still on the market with a reduced price. So either way, I've been lied to. Not good at all. Secondly, I was going to apply for another property under them but didn't bother as they said I'd need to drive all the way to their Cleckheaton base again to hand in application after they already have every detail they need from me. Not very good for people who are short of time and plus the costs of fuel etc not mention the global footprint. Not good enough.
Andrew this is a review on rentals so you need to direct it that page. Unfortunately there are more houses than tenants applying so we are sorry you lost out.

GoogleShame you can't just put an address in the search bar and it comes up,instead it comes up with houses all over that area! We had seen 3 houses we wanted to purchase for our daughter but gave it up,ended up buying from another estate agent, your charges should reflect your efficiency and its obvious that your search engine needs bringing into this century. We are looking to downsize shortly now the last child has flown the nest,we will try watts again but if after 20 mins I can't find what I'm looking for,well, someone else will gain from your lack of updating your search engine.
Ian we are sorry you have had so much trouble with the website but it was updated this year and we have had no other complaints to be fair. You can narrow the search via miles radius if that helps but please contact the office if you would like more details.
