GoogleThere weren’t any major issues, however I did have to ask for updates and it was meant to be fast track but there complications with the onward train. I would definitely use them for selling or buying though as the issues I have mentioned are always happening in any sale.

The service is efficient, professional and boasts a great team of staff that are all ready to help. Our personal customer service experience was excellent. The team at Robert watts kept us updated and we felt confident we were in good hands through what proved to be a particularly challenging period of a pandemic. Its the human factor, the friendly smile, the lovely helpful and reassuring way we were dealt with that we were especially grateful for. GoogleDreadful service. I know the housing market is bonkers right now but no excuse for such a poor customer service. Nothing but promises and lies. To the reply; Strange how I got a phone call within 20 mins of writing this review. I was buying and was promised a call-back on two seperate occasions. The only call I got was after writing this review. Sad that you operate in this manner - but not my problem now as I won't deal with you for any future business.

GoogleJames came to value our house at short notice during a very busy period in the middle of Covid lockdown. The photos he took were professional and showed the house at its best. We wanted a quick sale and James' advice on pricing was spot on. The first viewers arrived about 5 hours after the house went on the market and they made an offer for the asking price there and then and formally via Robert Watts at 9am the following day. From then on Nicky and Lisa facilitated easy communication with our buyers and ensured that the process was as smooth as it could be during a pandemic. Though we hope not to move again for a long time, we would definitely use Robert Watts to sell our house again and recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleDidn’t answer the phone, didn’t reply to emails and voice mails for over 2 weeks. When we did eventually get through to them they used our interest to get another offer pushed through without informing us there was another offer.
Richard, we apologise for the breakdown in communication but we always respond to voicemails and emails so we will look into this matter with urgency. Unfortunately the house you were looking at already had an offer and we were waiting for proof of funds to confirm it was sold hence we had to cancel your viewing. We do however wish you success with finding a new home.

When daughter asked for my advice on who to use for selling her house some years ago I recommended Robert Watts and she proceeded to a fast and speedy sale from Cleckheaton Office. She has since used them again to purchase her present property and I was involved in this transaction with her. The service by friendly efficient staff she received was again first class. Highly recommend this friendly family business.

GoogleRobert Watts have managed 3 houses for me for the past 5 years.I would recommend them to any landlord,I have had very few periods when any of the houses have been untenanted,any monies due have always been paid to time and any problems or disputes with tenants sorted out very quickly. GoogleAfter speaking with a number of estate agents to sell our house we chose Robert Watts as they had a positive but realistic attitude, and we weren't disappointed. Our house was sold quickly, and communications throughout were prompt and proffessional. The only minor quibble I had was that the representative showing people round at weekends was not very thorough and rushed off before showing one couple around, although they had contacted the office to say they were delayed.

GoogleWe sold two properties through Robert Watts in Cleckheaton. They were extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout. Their assistance was particularly helpful when our first home hit a snag (spot of damp) which was fixed quickly and efficiently by a local company they recommended. We obtained pretty much 'asking price' for both properties and were very happy with their service. Would definitely recommend.
