GoogleWe have just started renting a property through Matthew Pierce. Matthew initially showed us around the property, he was very friendly and honest and answered any questions we had. Viewings with other agencies have always felt rushed, but Matthew let us look around for as long as we wanted to. The offer and contract process was very quick and straight forward. When recommending a tenant, Matthew takes into account what you are like as a person (having personally met you) and whether you would work well together, not just who you are 'on paper'. Overall it has felt like a much more personal service than we've experienced previously and we're confident that will continue throughout our tenancy. Thank you!

GoogleThe service that I have received from Matthew Pierce has been truly outstanding in it's quality and professionalism. Circumstances have required me to ask him to market and sell a property in Claygate in difficult conditions when I am resident in Glasgow. The current exceptional social climate that we are living through has made it impossible for me to travel to Surrey at any time so all my contact with Matthew to date has, of necessity, been by phone call. Suffice to say I have never had an adviser as professional and efficient as Matthew for whom there was no issue that was ever too much trouble for him to deal with. Matthew always went the extra mile to deliver high quality customer service to me and I was amazed by his ability to stay on top of the detail of my transaction, when he clearly had so many other customers to consider. Matthew demonstrated to me that he has a consummate understanding of the Surrey property market and I had at all times implicit faith in his advice and judgements. Matthew was always positive in his outlook and I looked forward to receiving his phone calls, texts and emails to such an extent that I will now genuinely miss the regular contact that I have had with him over the last year. However, in Matthew I feel that I have made a friend and through our shared interest in music I am sure that we will keep in touch going forward. My son Lee and I certainly intend coming down to Surrey when we are allowed to do so to see Matthew and his rock band in action.
