GoogleWe used Matthew Pierce to sell our home in Chessington, following recommendations from our neighbours. Matthew has been amazing at guiding us through this process. He was very accommodating and flexible when it came to viewings, ensuring there were several opportunities to show prospective buyers the property and he always met us in person to discuss next steps. The photographs, documentation and property promotion were excellent, we really appreciated having our home shown in the office window. Matthew has been a delight to work with and we are so pleased to have chosen Matthew Pierce as our estate agent. We have moved out of the area so would not be able to use Matthew Pierce again, but I couldn't recommend him anymore for those residing in Claygate and surrounding areas.
It was a real pleasure working with you and I am very grateful for your kind words. I wish you all the very best in your new home and with your forthcoming new arrival.

GoogleVery highly recommended. I had to sell, as executor, my late brother's house, and this was difficult for me as I live 60 miles away. Matthew and Peter were immensely helpful, dealt with all sorts of problems for me before the sale, and achieved a very successful sale. A real model of the small firm with the personal touch.

GoogleMatthew was so helpful in advising on a suitable price for our relatively unusual property in Claygate. His knowledge of the local market was invaluable and he put considerable effort into marketing which resulted in us accepting an offer only days after the property went on the market. Very happy to recommend him.
Many thanks Clare you were great to have as a client and we are all pleased it went through smoothly for you.

GoogleI have been very impressed with the service from Matthew Pierce. Initial approach to marketing seemed well informed, and seemed to target exactly the right point using their extensive local knowledge. While it has been a long process, not MP’s fault I hasten to add, both Peter and Matthew have kept us informed with developments throughout the process and provided recommendations. When we lost buyers, very soon afterwards we had more viewers organised. Overall I am impressed with their service.
