GoogleI inquired for a property listed by this company and I felt that I was dealt with terribly. Over the phone, I was offered barely any support or information in regards to the property I was looking for other than just a straight question asking for my number then ending a call with a “bye”. With a lack of communication through emails as well, after simply asking if my number was received correctly, I receive a message from their assistant manager, by the name of Radi that “this landlord prefers offers from people who viewed in person and since I have about seven people viewing it in person, I don't think that it would be worth sending it anyway.” I understand if there are other people inquiring and the landlord prefers in person offers however telling me (a potential customer) that it’s not worth their time to send me a simple video for a property THEY’RE trying to let, is incredibly unprofessional. I hope this information gives insight on others looking in property through this company.

GoogleI have rented a property through Sheraton Law for the last 3 years. During this time they have always been very help, responsive and retained a high level of professionalism. When moving out of the property they were very responsive and helpful and I was particularly impressed with how quickly the deposit refund was agreed and returned. I would definitely rent a property with them again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

GoogleTom Butler helped us find a flat for our daughter (first time buyer) and then helped with the whole process. Frankly, without Tom I think we would have given up! The legal process was complicated, and we did not understand London flats at all. With Tom as our guide, we got exactly what we wanted. Very pleased daughter and parents!

GoogleBought my flat through these guys earlier this year and can’t recommend them highly enough. My solicitor was an absolute joke but somehow Matt and Jack managed to keep the sale on track. Like everyone else, I’m typically sceptical of estate agents but Matt and Jack seemed like real people who genuinely wanted to get the sale done in the fairest way possible. Couldn’t have asked for more.

GoogleSheraton Law helped us find our house and then managed the property over the year and a half we lived there. They did they house up to excellent condition prior to use moving in and were always quick to respond and fix issues when they came up (eg when our hob broke someone was round in a day to replace it). I would definitely rent from them again.

GoogleRecently completed a change of tenants which was handled extremely professionally by Frederica at OR. Frederica was extremely proactive in dealing with the outgoing and incoming tenants and minimised all problems. She is to be recommended and requested for if renting through OR.
