Good experience with them throughout the tenancy and maintenance was generally handled well. However, what made our experience very disappointing was that the end-of-tenancy process was very poor. The agency attempted to deduct over £700 from our deposit. After independent dispute resolution, most of this was rejected due to lack of evidence and only £140 was awarded (which still is ridiculous considering the claims). It also took several months after moving out to receive the deposit. I strongly recommend taking detailed photos and notes at check-in, as unsupported claims may be made at checkout and they will attempt to steal your money.

I don’t know if this agency is even real. I’ve been trying to get in touch about a property for weeks but no one responds to my Rightmove enquiry, emails / enquiries directly from their own website, answers the phone nor returns the voicemails I leave. Edit - after this review they finally got me in to view the property. Matt was really helpful and can say he is much better than many other agents I’ve dealt with. Changed the review from 1 star to 3 as they redeemed themselves however I still spent three weeks chasing and time is valuable in the property market.

I started renting through Sheraton Law four years ago and from the initial process right through to the yearly tenancy renewal and regular property checks the service has been first class. In particular Tamsin (Office Manager) and Michael (Property Manager) have been both quick and efficient to deal with and above all polite, friendly and very professional. They also provide an excellent handy man who is always prompt and professional, not that I have experienced many issues with the lovely flat that I rent in central London. Would definitely recommend renting through this estate agents for a smooth and stress free experience.
