Over the last few days, Dawn has been extremely helpful and understanding and is infinitely patient when asked endless questions. Had a really disappointing interaction with Matt from this company when looking at a flat to buy in Clapham North. He was late for our viewing and then blamed us for not trying to knock and enter the property. Following this then proceeded to argue that it was our fault for not being loud enough outside to alert him. Even though we did try calling their office multiple times and got the answer phone. Not a good experience.
