GoogleOverall we had a good experience with Sheraton Law. They were quick to respond and friendly. Missed out on being 5/5 stars because it wasn't always clear who the primary contact person should be for any queries (and the responses sometimes lacked the right details). Otherwise a positive experience and we would recommend them.

GoogleThey dont even deserve 1 star . Avoid them. They keep 500£ from me for some stupid reasons and the director tried to lie to me saying he confirmed something with my employer and he never did , there are a looooot better agency more understandable and no liars like them .

GoogleSam our property manager is always very fast at replying and gets any problems solved immediately. It is very easy to communicate with her and I am glad to have her as our property manager

GoogleCharlotte showed us around and took care of our moving in process. She was friendly and explained clearly what needed to be done. Once we moved in, we always had quick email responses from the team. When we had issues with the house, they were not always sorted, but they were always investigated.

GoogleThe were responsive and friendly in the weeks leading up to viewing the property, signing the contract and moving in. They operate a platform called Fixflo that acts as a way to report maintenance issues without having to email the estate agent, queries go straight to the property manager and landlord.

GoogleDO NOT USE THEM We have mold building by water coming in and they tell us it's not their problem. Our tenancy manager Lekhan Nath tells us its safe to sleep in the bedroom with the mold and it is the tenants issue
