GoogleReally good experience from viewing the property to living there now. Lots of information given to us at the beginning from Charlotte who was lovely! And anything we have needed since living there Ania has seen to and been very helpful.

Always available when needed to follow up on items for action and when needed for other advice. All-in-all - very happy with the service.

GoogleAlthough I was letting a flat privately on a short-term lease, Albert Marques, whom I had just met, was extremely helpful with general advice, contact details of a handyman, gas engineer and cleaning company. I will be more than happy to employ him professionally now that the private letting is about to expire.

GoogleSheraton Law have, so far, been efficient and helpful in dealing with our new tenancy. The moving in process was pretty seamless and they were on hand and contactable throughout. We have since had a few small problems with the house which Charlotte and Michael have been very helpful with sorting out. We hope they continue to be as helpful and contactable throughout the tenancy, thanks very much.

GoogleI rented a property with Sheraton Law for 2 years. They were always quick to respond and urgent issues were dealt with in a good time frame. The property management team were also helpful on a number of matters and always replied promptly to our emails. I thought their service was great, we wanted to rent with Sheraton Law again as we trusted them as letting agents.

GoogleWe rented from Sheraton for two years and wholly recommend renting with them. Our property manager, Ania, was very accomodating and responsive and always made sure that repairs and maintenance were carried out promptly. The property was in great condition and we never had any problems, and the moving out process was painless and transparent with a quick return of our deposit and landlord references readily given.

GoogleDawn seemed lovely initially but shouted down the phone and hung up on my housemate when we asked for clarification on a point in the tenancy guide. She then continued to refuse to answer our question and sent multiple unprofessional texts accusing us of being difficult. Ended up giving up on the flat and losing our money rather than having to deal with Dawn again.
