GoogleFast turnaround between the initial house viewing, getting the contracts sorted and getting us moved in. Occasionally slow at replying to emails but generally problems are resolved quickly. Very fond of the house we found through them!

GoogleDismissive / patronising customer service and unacceptably slow to respond unless asking for money. Take weeks to fix problems and left front door to my property wide open while I was out. Would not recommend.
