Whenever I called up all the staff was polite and helpful Tom showed me a property that I am now happily renting he was helpful and answered all my questions. Oliver was a massive help to me sorting out my paperwork and helped me work around any hurdles that got in the way he was super patient and helpful.

Would not recommend. Sold us an unfinished dangerous property. Left with no heating, (no guarantee)house was in a total mess. Workman tools and rubbish left inside the house. Bag of harden cement left on the driveway. Asked the estate agent manager for help and advice we told it's nothing to do with them anymore, speak to the vendor whom didn't even reply. Just had to fork out £1600 to fix the roof and nothing was screwed down, roof tiles put in the wrong way, entire guttering system leaking and not screwed onto the roof. Rails on the stairs all lose, my kids nearly fell through. House was not worth the money. Spent nearly £3000 in unfinished terrible cowboy builders work. The property was advertised as fully renovated and finished to a high standard. Lies. Throughout the entire buying process we asked so many time for snagging to be done but was never successful. Out of 10 things that needed doing only two were completed. We did get serveyers in before that said the property was in perfect condition. Didn't even point out the incpmplete snagging bits that was important, not to mention the whole in the wall to the side of the house which they said they didn't notice.but clearly friends of the estate agents due to being the only servying company in Clacton. Never actually got to meet the manager in person as he always cancelled and sent someone else to the property.NegativeQuality, Value

Don’t even know where to start about how amazing this company is. They took over a property I rented and let me know straight away, they helped me set up a new payment plan regarding my rent when they took it over and kept me up to date with anything new that was happening regarding the properly. I would like to say a massive thank you to Lois and if anyone is lucky enough to have her when renting a property through this company they will not be disappointed. She helped me with any problem that occurred whilst living in the property and went way beyond her job role with advice for me when I hit a difficult situation. Absolutely disgusted with how they treated my daughters dad they took a holding fee and done credit checks after they allowed him to sighn a tenancy agreement and refused him hes last bit of money back to support him and my daughter and when we called up the manager was rude and told us how much he makes a year and the women in there are useless would not recommend they just rip people of and young tenants also Olivia Barnard was giving him force hope and allowing him to think he had the property so if I was use I wouldn't pay the holding fee cos u will just be told were to go I will be taking this further

(WH Brown were not the only agent we saw so comparisons were noted) Very very helpful and informative, guided us through our first time experience in property search in a professional manner which was refreshing in this era of lack of customer service.
