We have recently purchased our bungalow in Holland on Sea through William H Brown and must say the service was excellent we dealt with Jay and Dave and they were very helpful snd honest about all the properties we viewed. Also Michelle who finally got it over the line as there was a few problems with solicitors if it wasn't for Michelle i dont think we would have got there. I would highly recommend William H Brown 1st class service and thanks to all the team.

William h brown took over our rental property in Clacton at the beginning of the year, and I have to say right from the beginning Tom and Oliver, have been absolutely brilliant. We had a carbon monoxide leak in our property from our boiler and within 3 days the old boiler had been replaced with a brand new boiler. Oliver kept me updated the entire time of the progress and arranged for everything to be sorted so quickly. Both Oliver and Tom generally cannot do enough for you and go the extra length to make sure everything is sorted quickly as possible. Never had an estate agent who is willing to do so much, so extremely grateful.

The experience I have had with William H Brown so far has been awesome, the staff kept me up to date in all matters in a clear and efficient manner from viewing to documentation to moving in all smooth and easy. I chose William H Brown as had a really positive experience selling a property previously. I was new to letting a flat and needed lots of advice and support. Luckily Tom in the lettings department has gone above and beyond. From seeing the flat at initial meeting through to finding the right tenant, Tom has metaphorically held my hand. He has always been available and when it is his day off, he made sure Olly kept in touch. He listened to what sort of rental I envisaged and ensured that honestly and congruence were at the heart of everything. This meant a fair service for myself and especially the tenants. I felt that nothing was too much trouble and no question too silly. My new tenant is more than happy and this makes me feel happy. I can't thank you enough x

Worked with Thomas and Olly during the letting process and have nothing but good things to say. They were both very friendly and helpful answering any question I had, with the process being fast and smooth, when a few minor issues did arise, the agents were always quick to contact and resolve them.
