GoogleThe only care about the needs of the owners of the properties and care only what they legally have to for the people who rent out the properties. Favorite saying "The Property owners are out paying clients and we support you as much as we are legally allowed to do." To me that suggests that if I rent through Sheens I am not a priority but I will look after your needs because I'm legally obliged to however thats all I will do because your not the paying client and we ensure to keep the property owners happy!! Sad 😥

I just cannot praise Sheens enough, as James, Oliver and the girls at Sheens just could not have helped us more when we were purchasing one of their properties that they had for sale, My Estate Agent I could not get them to answer the phone half the time, and would not keep me up to date to how the purchase and selling of our properties were going at all.Thanks again Sheens excellent, Sue and Lindseyx

Excellent from the minute the agent walked through the door and valued the house, to the moment they called to check they can hand the keys to the new owner! Constant and appropriately helpful communication throughout what was legally forced to be a very complex transaction. Very patient - always found EVERY member of the team was able to help - they were actually all up-to-date with the status, so I didn't have to spend ages explaining things every time I had a new person answer the phone. Highly recommend, will be certainly putting my other property through these guys next year.

I Found the staff in the Clacton branch to be the most helpful team ,They went far and beyond the need to kept me informed on what was going on not only with my purchase but with the sale of my old homeI got more info from them than from my legal team.For the first time buying through an estate agent no problem no ifs buts it takes time or get a move on just straight forward info Thanks to them a easy move .

GoogleDealing with Ella today, after trying to book several viewings with other agents also.. she is the only one to deliver.. booked me in with no problem, followed up with more properties of interest and got me booked into more. Whilst I’m still awaiting calls back after trying to book with other Clacton agents…. Levels above them!
