The team at Sheen's Clacton recently handled the sale of our house and the customer service from James, Lee and the whole team was outstanding. The whole house moving process can be quite stressful at the best of times, especially when there's a chain and a lot of moving parts, but James especially was so helpful, so patient and so responsive to our many, many questions. He really is a diamond! Thanks to the whole team at Sheen's, we'd highly recommend them.

FacebookSometimes it’s the extra steps a company takes which make all the difference and Sheen’s have 100% achieved that in the way they managed the sale of my elderly Mums cottage in Tendring. Not only did they do their job and find her a buyer, but during Covid and the recent cold spell, they kept an eye on her, picked up post, delivered logs when she ran low on fuel and genuinely went many extra steps to look after their client. As a family we are grateful for that extra care during a time she was far from family to care for her. Exchange happened today and in two weeks she’ll be back living close to us. Thank you Sheens - HIGHLY recommended. X

GoogleNot even worth one star! Did nothing to help my daughter move into the area. Were supposed to ring her to arrange viewings on two properties to rent -she's still waiting for the call even though she told them she only had 3 weeks on her previous tenancy and is heavily pregnant! ! She gave up in the end and found a property on her own.

If you can contact me on james@sheens.co.uk detailing which properties your daughter had asked to view along with her name I can investigate. Please be aware that sometimes when a landlord is looking for a new tenant it will sometimes be marketed before the previous tenant has left. This can in turn sometimes lead to delays in gaining access to a property so this could have been the situation on why no viewing times could be confirmed for your daughter.
