GoogleDealing with Ella today, after trying to book several viewings with other agents also.. she is the only one to deliver.. booked me in with no problem, followed up with more properties of interest and got me booked into more. Whilst I’m still awaiting calls back after trying to book with other Clacton agents…. Levels above them!

We used Sheens to sell our end of terrace house in Oxford Crescent, this proved to be fraught with problems due to buyers not committing and in some cases aborting close to completion. Sheens nevertheless persevered and continued to find a flow of prospects so that we have eventually succeeded .At all times we were dealt with in a very courteous and highly professional manner,and kept up to date with viewing and other market reports.They did not try to oversell the property nor did they try to push the price down beyond what we would have done anyway in a depressed market.Overall we would say Sheens are an excellent Estate Agent and we have no hesitation in scoring them 10/10 overall.

We enrolled Sheen's due to their no nonsense approach. The initial meeting was quick NO typical sales patter usually experienced from Agents and a true valuation. The description and photos of the property were accurate and true with the bonus of an aerial shot at no extra cost. A weekly update and a monthly analysis was welcomed. The final run in to the sale of the property was with out any hitches.A truly professional team to be highly recommended recommended

Baring in mind I was the buyer of a property sold by Sheens and I was selling my property through another agent so I was not a client of Sheens therefore Sheens were making no money from me in anyway! Leigh-Ann at Sheens is very helpful, kept me updated regularly and dealt with questions and queries immediately. I received a curtesy call from Lee just to thank me for my cooperation, not something you get very often from an estate agent! I was kept in the loop by Sheens regularly and never left in the dark! Customer service was fantastic! So much so that I have asked them to be the selling agent for my mums bungalow! Great agent! Thank you

As a journalist, it's fair to say that we have a reputation that is down the bottom - with estate agents. Sheens do not, however, deserve such a lowly reputation.Put simply, it was the most professional, most sales patter-free transaction I have ever had with an estate agents... and I have bought and sold more than 10 properties over the years.The whole team, from Rob to Leigh-Ann, from Lee and James, were always polite, helpful and, that key word again, professional.It was not the smoothest of transactions due to the bungling by my conveyancers, but Sheens was an assured presence trying to keep the sale on track, which we are now within a whisker of completing.I can scent sales spiel at a hundred paces, but from the outset, as stated above, Sheens, and Rob in particular, spoke to me like a grown up and not like someone being sold a second-hand car.A big thank you to them all and top recommendation from me!

Sheen's of Clacton really are fantastic. Their outstanding staff are knowledgable and efficient, friendly, supportive and patient. Recently returned from many years living in South Africa, we were total novices to the UK process of house purchase. Gary in Clacton answered our every question and got back to us quickly with answers to our queries. And finally when on our way to their office to take transfer, we were unlucky enough to drop our car keys down a storm drain right outside the office, Lee phoned every council department he could think of for assistance (without success) but managed to contact their own handy-man to come to our rescue with a very large and powerful magnet. Truly going beyond the call of duty! Thank you to all of the staff in Clacton office - you are the very best !! Noel and Ruth

GoogleLoads of parking nearbye, easy to find. Staff where really busy when I turned up, but they took the time to acknowledge my presence and soon gave me as much attention as any prospective client would expect. They sold my house and got the best possible price! Great bunch of Estate Agents.

GoogleWhat a great Estate agency if i could give more then five stars then I would, the staff are great ,my appointed salesman was James and in my opinion he done a fantastic job for me ,I had a few problems in my chain and James gave a 110 percent and helped me all the way, and made my sale and purchase as Smoothly as possible I highly recommend sheens Estate Agent.

Sheen's Frinton. I have had the best service ever from a letting agent. Joanna North organised everything and my property was let out to a great tenant, with all the relevant checks made, full inventory and handling of viewings. It was managed so quickly that I did not have any downtime so haven't incurred a loss of earnings. Would definitely recommend.

Apart from the fact that they found us a buyer within days of us registering with them, they were great with communication, friendly and extremely professional all the way through the process. Trying to sell whilst living abroad isn't usually easy, but Sheens made it straightforward and stress-free. We are so glad that we chose them.
